I was very pleased with my experience with dons automotive. The staff was very helpful and I felt like they were being honest with me. I had them change brakes on my car and they didn't try to sell me unneeded services. Another thing I liked was the mechanic called me ma'am and even held the door for me. That is very unusual these days. The work they did on my car was fast and at a good price. The shop is not dirty or uninviting to customers.

I couldnt have been happier. It is hard to find a good mechanic with all of the dishonest and unprofessional mechanics out there. I am happy to have finally found a place that I can trust.

They are always willing to work around your schedule. They wont try to rip you off by trying to sell you things you dont need. They tell you exactly what it is you need and will even show you. They do offer other things but there is at no point any pressure to buy anything other than what you came for. They are very fast and efficient with wonderful prices. A+++

Just when you think there are no more honest people out there. Dons Automotive will prove you wrong! The people who work here are very knowledgeable and nice. Not too mention honest! They are always flexible with your schedule, have very competitive pricing and never try to over sell you. If your repair is minor, perhaps a battery, then thats exactly what you will get, not an alternator and everything else. Ive been taking my car to Dons for over 4 years now and would recommend it to anyone. Theres no pretending to know something about a car, because whether you do or you dont theyll treat you like an intelligent consumer wanting a simple, or even complex, repair. Parts are almost always available for that same day repair, and if not theyll be there by the next day, except Sundays. They are flexible and willing to work with you if repairs are more then expected and willing to refer you to the best places to purchase a car and who to avoid. Over all they make car repairs as pleasant as can be expected for a repair. Dons Automotive, you get 5 stars from me!
