Henri's has an amazing selection of dresses and styles!! We drove over an hour because we??d heard so much about them. The associates were very helpful. I know you will find a gorgeous dress. If we had to do this all over again, our one and only stop would be Henri's!

I got all my bridesmaids' dresses and my mother-in-law's dress from Henri's. Their customer service is fabulous and they worked with us on pricing because we were buying so much. My dress fit perfectly, and I felt like a princess on my big day, just like I should.

I purchased my bridal dress and 7 bridesmaids dresses at Henri's Cloud Nine. Never again will I step foot in that store. Here is my story:

1. I purchased a beautiful dress from Henris. I had to call the store in order A YEAR later to see if my dress had come in yet. I was told that my dress had come in months ago, and they were not sure why I wasn't notified.

2. I took my MOH to Henris to shop for bridesmaids dresses for my 7 girls. We found I dress that we loved and would compliment each girls unique figure. When we were there I was asked if I wanted to try on my dress that was currently being stored in the shop. I tried it on, and it was perfect. I was not ready to bring my dress home yet, so I asked them to continue to store it for me, I was told that this was not a problem.

3. I called into Henri's to make an appt to come in with my mom to try on my dress for her, and bring it home with us. I was told that there was a $25 dollar fee to try on MY DRESS. That is ridiculous. I was furious, complained, and had that fee removed.

4. When I went into the store with my mom for our appointment, I was told that they could not find my dress. It took them 30 MINUTES to find it, stating that it wasnt where it was supposed to be.

5. Before my bridesmaid dress order was sent in, I called the store because I was worried about the dress sizes that we were ordering. Measurements were taken, and my girls were told what dress size they were ordering for them. Not once, but twice two of my girls called to ask about their sizes, and they were told that I didn't show up in their system, and they had no idea who I was or that I had 7 open orders with the store. Needless to say, I called and wanted to know what the problem was. They flat out lied to me and told me that on both accounts, this was incorrect.

6. I was told that the sizes the girls ordered were the correct sizes for their measurements, and if there was a problem it would be fixed immediately. So we put the order in. For example, one of my girls usually wears a size 0, was ordered a size 4, and another usually wears a size 8, was ordered a size 14. HUGE DIFFERENCES!

7. Again, I had to call in to the store to see if my bridesmaid dresses were in, and was told yes they are in, didn't you receive a call, and again, i said no.

8. My future sister-in-law lives in NJ and asked if we could make an appointment to pick up her dress separate from the other girls because she was going to be in town for only 1 weekend. SO I made an appt with Henris. We showed up and were told that THEY MISPLACED MY BRIDESMAID DRESSES. It took them a good 15 minutes to find them.

9. After my bridal shower the rest of my bridesmaids and I went to Henris with an appointment to pick up their dresses. 6 out of 7 of them were at least 4-5 sizes too big. I knew this was going to happen. My one friend that usually wears an 8, and was ordered the 14, was literally standing in the bridal shop with the bottom half of her dress on, and a strapless bra. Zipped, the dress was completely falling off her. Granted- we were furious. We were treated like garbage, and as if we were incompetent. I was outraged, and the owner of the store came up to talk to us. Not only was he rude, but also very outspoken. I will never step foot into Henris Cloud nine again. They would not fix our problem, treated us like crap, and disrespected each and every one of us.

Henris Cloud Nine is the WORST bridal boutique I have ever been too. There is absolutely no level of service offered, and the level of UNPROFESSIONALISM is unbelievable.

Save yourself, and your bridal party the stress that you dont deserve, and go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and dignity.

I even believe that a 1/5 is too high of a rating, but it was required to rate at least a 1.

BRIDES BEWARE!!! SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT GOT TO THIS STORE!! Horrible service! I wouldn t even give them 1 star but it wont let me give them negative. I ordered my wedding dress in October, 8 months before my wedding. I was told by my consultant that it would only be 3-4 months since I was ordering a gown from their house line Luvit. After 4 months I called to check and was told it would ship the next week and I would have my gown the the middle of the month. This is what I was told for the next 3 months! The last being in April and it would be in by the middle of May, my wedding is June 30. We then decided it was time to talk to the manager. Danielle talked to my mother & said she would personally check on it. The next day she never called back, every time we called the store they told us she was busy & could not speak to us but would call before they closed at 6. When called at 5:55 the receptionist Char told me to stop calling and bothering her and we would get a call before close! When Danielle finally called around 7, she finally admitted that my dress came in back in January but was wrong so they sent it back with a rush & when she called the designer no one knew where my dress was and could not guarantee I would have a dress by my wedding date. THEY LOST MY WEDDING DRESS!!!! I will never refer any one to that place, EVER!

My daughter bought her prom dress from Henris this year and I think it's really worth the drive. We'd been to all the other stores around us that had a small selection of dresses but nothing that fit well or looked as good as what we got from Henris.

Honestly, I was amazed. They have 1,000s of dresses in every style and color. I've never seen a store that carried a size 32 dress before. I read the other reviews and have not had that experience.

I had several of their people wait on me and everyone was really polite. The store was super busy too.

I wish I would have read the previous reviews before I came all the way from Michigan. I unfortunately bought my wedding gown from this store and had such a TERRIBLE experience here. They were nice when I first found my dress, but once I paid the deposit on the gown it was all down hill. They just want your money and then they could care less if you ever get the gown and what condition it is in. I didn't mind waiting 6 months for the gown, it is the fact that when I called in December to check the status they said it would arrive in the store by the end of January. When I called in early February they rushed me off the phone and said they will have someone call me back and nobody did. They were unable to find the gown. I called numerous times and kept being blown off. We finally spoke to a manager in March. When we came to get the dress there was a snag right in the center of the gown. It looked like sharp nails cut it... WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE. Maybe good for prom dresses, but if you are a bride and want your wedding dress experience to be one to remember go somewhere else.

I just wanted to comment on how disappointing my trip to the Minerva store was. The second I walked in, the consultants were arguing over who HAD to take me. It made me feel very unwelcome from the very start. Then they went on to complain about each other behind their backs. The consulant that got stuck with me argued with my mom for giving an opinion and was trying to act like she was my mother. I was so frustrated I almost burst into tears in the middle of my session. I did fall in love with a dress, and I really wanted to purchase it, but after the experience I did not feel comfortable spending $1200 at a place that I felt didn't care about me at all. I went elsewhere and was treated with kindness, respect and caring. Very disappointed in my trip to Henri's in Minerva.

This place is the worst!!!! They have no idea what they are doing or they are very devious. We went to get a prom dress. We liked one but they didn't have our size. They said they would mail it to us. They mailed us the wrong dress and then wouldn't return our telephone calls. It was awful.

I personally would recommend Henri??s to EVERYONE! I love it there! The girl who helped me (Amber) is amazing! The customer service was great not only has she been a huge help in organizing my fittings, but she has also been upfront with anything that could become a problem. (color??s, styles, and time lines) If I ever need anything I know I can call on Amber and she will be there to help. My dress also came in early and is a perfect fit! I even received thank you notes from Amber and it really made me feel like a valued customer. If anyone ever asks me where to go I will always tell them Henri??s!

They will tell you that they will give you a lower price and practically force you to put a non-refundable deposit down with signing a contract. I have heard that these dresses do not come from the manufacturer! They do not even do alterations there. They do not back their dresses or designers. (If they get them from the designer...) If you have a feeling it isn't right...it's not! DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

DO NOT- I REPEAT- DO NOT buy a dress from Henri??s! They say their dresses are by these designers but I have been told by a reliable source that they are knock offs. That??s why they can work with you on the price like that! There??s even a story in the paper of them going to court when a zipper broke on a bride??s dress while trying it on! They wouldn??t replace the dress. Don??t say you weren??t warned?

I drove to Henri's Cloud Nine after a friend had told me about all of there amazing prom dresses! So, my mother and I went there and couldn't believe the selection they had! Plus there customer service was amazing! After buying All of my Prom Dresses there I returned to by my Wedding Gown, Bridesmaids dresses, and Tuxes there!
Henri's has such wonderful selection of dresses and their customer service is amazing!

I ordered my wedding dress and my bridemaids dresses from Henri's. The dresses came in and when I went to pick them up (with an appt.), there was noone there to steam it for me and two of my bridemaids dresses were the wrong style. When I pointed out the mistake they told me that the girl wrong down the wrong number when she was placing the order. Totally their fault. They said they would take care of it. The manager called me on Monday and said the correct order was placed and that they would be in on March 12. (My wedding was April 10). When I called them back and left a message to call me back, to see if they could rush the order, I NEVER received a call back. I called again on March 12 and they said they were already there, but noone called me. I went out there to get them and asked for a discount they told me "NO" because they fixed everything in a good amount of time. They didn't factor in the time travel 45mins each way, and the stress it added to me, with them coming in last minute, and they don't do alterations. PLEASE don't go to henri's, they don't treat their customers fairly.

I was shopping for my wedding dress Presidents Day Weekend, 2010.
We made an apointment and had Tabitha, who had only been a consultant for about 3 months. I tried on several different styles and types, I found one I actually liked but was told it wasn't available in my size to order. She had the Altertations lady come up and was telling me what all I needed to have done and that she would be able to make the changes.
It wasn't until my bridesmaids were paying for their dress that I over heard another consultant tell her bride that they do not offer any alterations, that they can only recommend people to send your dress to.
I asked my consultant and she said right, we don't do alterations. Was NEVER once told that the entire 4 hours we were there.
Also,
I wanted to get the girls brides maid dresses at Linde's in Massillon where I eventually got mine. The girls orders were not placed b/c of the holiday weekend and I called on Monday and spoke to the bridal manager.
Joy told me that all sales were final and that if I wanted to exchange the dress I could. I told her that I over heard a lady tell her bride that no alterations were available and that's why I wanted to cancel the order, and they were WAY CHEAPER at Linde's.
She insisted she couldn't help me, so I had her place the order anyway.
By Law, In Ohio, there is a 72 hour cancellation window that you can cancel ANY contract and not be penalized or charged. I could see if the dress order had already been submitted, but it wasn't.
I will never go to Henri's again for any dress or tux needs.
I also found out that they had so many customer complaints against their alterations department which is why they stopped them all together.
I was completely disappointed in the customer service my consultant offered, or actually didn't offer and I was more dissapointed they they weren't willing to cancel the order since I was that unhappy. I will never use Henri's again and I hope nobody else does either!!! Go to Linde's in Massillon, Ohio or treavel down here to Columbus (where I am) and go to Wendy's! They are great places!!

I was completely disappointed in the customer service my consultant offered, or actually didn't offer and I was more dissapointed they they weren't willing to cancel the order since I was that unhappy. I will never use Henri's again and I hope nobody else does either!!! Go to Linde's in Massillon, Ohio or treavel down here to Columbus (where I am) and go to Wendy's! They are great places!!

Never shop at Henri's!

The store only had one size in stock as the sample size measurements were done, was told dresses will be adjusted for the individuals. The dress does NOT FIT AT ALL. This dress size was recommended by the consultant at the store. I drove 2 hours to the store to either exchange the dress for a different size or get alterations. The Bridal Consultant (Joy Garofalo) was anything BUT helpful. The policy of the store stated no refunds or exchanges, however if the dress size was not even close to the measurements, why have they ordered that size and stated that alterations were possible at the time of the measurements? Joy, the Bridal Consultant, was not flexible and provided the worst customer service. She told me that a) I must have gained weight since the fitting (which is completely absurd Ive lost weight since!!) b) to get alterations somewhere else (when they promised alterations at the time of the purchase) I will never shop there again and recommend everyone else to do the same!

In addition to both of my sisters and I getting all of our prom dresses at Henri's, both of my sisters also bought their wedding gowns and the bridesmaids gowns at Henri's. I have purchased a homecoming dress there as well. I'm getting married next summer and will be ordering all of the gowns from there as well. Henri's has solid gold customer service that you just can't get anywhere else.

And for those who think Henri's is too pricey...
I actually compared prices of a few dresses at Henri's to the very same dress made by the same designer at Abbott's Bridal in North Canton. I too, expected to find that Henri's dresses might be just a little bit more expensive, maybe by $10. However, what I found was that in multiple instances the dresses cost up to $40 more at Abbott's Bridal. I suppose I wouldn't mind paying the extra dough if the customer service and assistance was worth it. Unfortunately for Abbott's, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They seem to be under the impression that by serving you water/coffee upon walking through their doors that means they have good customer service. I went to Abbott's to look at bridal gowns/bridesmaids dresses and I will not be going back. EVER.

Do yourself a favor, go to Henri's Cloud Nine. They will take good care of you there, and they want you to look good. They look out for you there!

Henri's Cloud Nine Bridal Shoppe is located downtown Minerva. Although they can be a little pricy they carry a wide selection of gowns. They have everything from cruise wear, to prom gowns to wedding dresses. If you see something in a magazine they don't have on hand they will order it for you. They also carry all the accesories to go with your dress!
They also carry all the things the guys need!
