This gym and fitness center has a HUGE selection of equipment and a staff that knows all of it. They have great pricing and the atmosphere is cordial. Now if only I could keep the promise to go as often as I should. :)

PROS: Large selection of equipment and knowledgeable staff
CONS: Parking fills up quickly.

With every kind of weight training equipment possible available a full body workout is easy to get here. The membership price is very reasonable and the staff is great as well. The place is pretty low key and well set up so getting your workout done when you got a busy schedule is a breeze. If you need advice the people there are always willing to hand out their pointers.
