My wife and I brought a Honda generator to this place for repair in September 2006. Although they assured us that they would be able to repair it, three months went by with out any progress. We called numerous times and even stopped in a couple of times to see if any progress had been made. Each time, we were told that they had all but three parts that were hard to get, and were on back order. We even left a $200 deposit to ensure that they would at least begin the work and asked them to call us when the final 3 parts came in. They never contacted us in any way.

In December 06 I finally told them that I would give them a week to finish the job, and they assured me that the final missing parts had been shipped and would be received shortly. A week later I called them and their story changed yet again, that the parts were not shipped. Fed up, I finally asked for my generator back. When I came to pick it up, I asked to buy the parts that they did receive. They finally admitted then that they never received any parts at all! We were charged $25 in labor and $4 in parts for the only thing they DID do, which was replace the starter cord. We were refunded the remainder of our deposit, but they offered no apology for their poor service or any explanation for why they lied to us about their progress and dragged this on for so long.

i would not recommend this place for anyone needed repair on small Honda generators.

We inherited some yard equipment with our house, and didn't have a clue as to where to go for parts when the things started to break. Since one of the products (the lawnmower) is a Honda and H & H has a Honda sign in their window, we decided to give it a shot and stop there. It really paid off for us. They have a ton of different parts and supplies for all types of tractors, lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and more. They carry a lot of hard-to-find items as well. If they don't have it, they will do what they can to help you find it. They're very friendly and helpful there.
