Our salesperson was great. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The managers also took the time to say hello and congratulate us. We have since been back for service and that was also a great experience.\r

POOR POOR POOR...In May I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord. By August I was on the side of the road waiting for a two truck. My new car was in the shop 6 days while different parts were ordered. Finally an entire computer system was installed. Since I will be travelling alot this year, I suggested trading in this lemon for a new 2010 model. The Sales Manager offered me $5,500 less for my 3 month old car and I walked out. I wrote a letter to TOM GANLEY asking for his assistance or if he could assign someone else to help. That was a month ago, and despite several calls to his assistant (voice mail of course) I have still not had a call back. Run, don't walk away from this dealership! So sorry I did business here. - Susan
