I used Home Safe Home Inspections when purchasing my first home. I met the inspector at our home and he walked me through each step of the inspection. He clearly explained what he was doing and gave his professional opinion on what was both good and bad. If you are looking for a home and then you find one that you want to buy I highly recommend that you have Home Safe Home Inspections to check the home out for you before you buy it. They offer affordable rates, thorough on-site inspection, and a free home maintenance manual. They can test for radon gas and do a pest inspection. They are a member of the BBB.
