First of all, Amanda is rude. Three times we walked in and received no greeting. She refused to let my husband use my credit card even though other braches allow it, and she accepted it previously when she worked at the Ravenna branch. She helped us out by finding a car when no other enterprise had one. She said she would allow us to use a coupon when we returned the car. The Cobalt was horrible.It needed an alignment BAD. The oil needed changed, the car was filthy and the front end shook. My husband told her all this upon returning the car and she flat out lied and said it was all just done. There is NO way; the car had an oil life gauge that does not lie. Then she refused the coupon when handed to her. This woman lied to us and was completely rude.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.
