Stephson Carpet Cleaning

You call them and they tell you one price, then the price would be different upon their arrival and they will threaten to call the police and take you to the court if you refuse to pay claiming that they did the cleaning? You call and speak to the owner Reba and realize that she is a main part of the whole scam. Beware and stay away from this business.

i really liked the great job the two young men done on my carpets! the one cleaning was very fast but the carpet came out clean! loved the fact the carpets were very bad, didnt think they couldnt get up most of the spots. but they got up everything!

i had stephson's out to clean my carpets they were very prfessional and polite took thier time to explain to me how to keep my carpets cleaner and did a very good job yes they were fast but you shoulda seen the before and after pictures.. thank you Stephson's for a wonderful job keep it up

The first time they arrived 1 hour late. The person was in a hurry and missed 3 small areas including moving a small lamp. I tried calling him back but he was already putting the gear back in the truck. He did come back an go over the 3 areas he missed, but the carpets were not that clean. After 2 calls to the company the owner said she would send a truck back. They called and I confirmed the time. They never showed up. I left a message but they did not call back. I called the next business day and they sent another truck out to finish the job. Later that day I found a Grey substance in the middle of my front yard. My video found that they had dumped the dirty chemicals and carpet fibers before they left.

This was the worst experience with any business I have ever had!! First when they didn't show up and second when the owner lied to me and hung up on me!! I cannot see how a company can operate in that manner....I am all for family owned and operated businesses yet this goes to show how unorganized and unprofessional some can be!!!!

I had my furnace ducts cleaned yesterday, Oct 23, 2007, by Stephson cleaning & am very happy with the result. Their employees were courteous & very hard working. They didn't go to another register till they were very sure they'd gotten all the dirt from the one they were working on, even though ours was their last call of the day. They took all the time needed & did it right. I think Stephson's method, vacuuming each register down as far as the furnace is better than other methods where they attach a hose to the furnace & try to vacuum all the dust from the whole house down at once. I would definitely use them again & highly recommend them.

Stephson Carpet Cleaning is an awesome company!! They always have coupons for great deals on carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. They are timely, professional and do a great job cleaning your carpet.

The service men arrived on time and took care not to damage any furniture or other items in our home.

Our carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 5 years and after one cleaning from Stephson, it looked brand new. This was a amazing to us, since the carpet is more than 10 years old.
