I went to Boxing For Fitness with my sister. We were both interested in learning to box for fun and fitness. We took a class and we're hooked! It's a lot of fun. Safety precautions are taken to ensure safety while boxing and measures are taken to ensure that you're healthy enough to box. You can take classes wher eyou learn to box with a bag and you can have lessons (in a real ring!) with a trainer. Men and women are welcome and they also have classes that focus on kickboxing and self-defense. Recommended!
