Germain Nissan is really bad and avoid them if at all possible. They quote exteremely high prices. My car (Nissan Maxima) was fully serviced at 65,000 miles. WIthin thousand miles, the engine check light came off. When I equired, the service rep was not convincing. They don't tak responsibility for their service. They change too much for diagnostics. Also, they charge too much for services. Beware of them .... They seems to have too much overhead and they try to charge you for all their inefficiencies. I would recommend Buckeye Nissan or Nissan North. They are seems to be reasonable. I also own Honda, and I have experienced that Honda stand behind their product. Any time when a sensors or computer goes down in my Honda,Honda replaces it at the manufacturer's expense, where as Nissan charges its customers. For diagnostic, they charged me 126 dollars and for replacing Rear oxygen sensor, they quoted $626. When I did a research, the after market product costs around only $65.70 .I would guess the OEM would definitely cost more, but $626 definitely very very high. Now I'm thinking of getting rid of my Nissan. Within 70,000 miles, the alternator failed, AC is not working and rear oxygen sensor failed. Anyway, please beware of Germain Nissan and do proper reserach before considering them. Overall, I would recommend Honda better than Nissan based on my experience with these two car manufactures and car dealers.

Pros: Good looking dealer shop in premium location.

Cons: Worst customer service and Nissan products are not reliable.

WARNING: BAD SERVICE 50% of the time I have had my car in there, they leave the job undone. Last time I had a simple oil change, they did not put the oil pan plug in tightly and the oil leaked out all over my garage floor, and there was not a drop of oil left in the car. Good thing I did not drive it, or the engine would need replacement. Am waiting to see if they correct the problem, tow my car in, add oil, and clean my garage floor up. They simply cannot be trusted to complete the job correctly. Follow up 2 days later to the above problem: after the service department supposedly put oil back into the car, placed the oil pan plug in correctly, and test drove the car, I found it was 2 quarts LOW on oil. Cannot figure out if they are incompetent or doing this on purpose. Will be following up with the owner and the national Nissan headquarters. If they cannot do an oil change they certainly should not be doing brake jobs, fuel pumps, transmissions or ANYTHING else.
Follow up: they said they corrected the problem (they had not put the oil pan nut in tightly) refilled the oil, checked everything etc. BUT.... I got 20 miles outside Columbus, stopped to get gas, checked the oil and it was TWO QUARTS LOW. AGAIN, they can't even do an oil change correctly.

Pros: none

Cons: high pressure, incompetent service techs.

When my husband was in the market for a new auto we visited numerous dealerships but enjoyed working with the satff at Germain above all of the others. The staff was knowledgable and didn't try to talk us into buying a car, they simply allowed the selection to speak for itself. After purchasing the auto we have been back a few times for minor issues and they have been a joy to work with! Check them out!
