I order food from there about 3 times a week and its just great. Priced right.
There are two China Seas downtown, this one is in the Warehouse district on W 6th. The food here is very good, we have eaten there over ten times and never ordered anything we did not like.
Their chicken is the real thing...no mystery meat here. Its very tasteful as well, not buried in so much sauce you could float out like most places. If you like lo mein, this is probably the best in town. Take the time to sit down and eat in, the service is friendly and fast, and very gracious.
