I've used this company since 2004. They installed an opener at my rental property . I've had it serviced 3 times since then and also took their suggestion to replace the whole garage door to ""help the opener"". On their latest service call they charged 178.00 for less than 30 minutes work to install a plastic gear. They refused to give me the cost of the parts. This much I could find out. Basically the charged 75.00 just to show up. Then there was a 49.00 charge to install the part; again it took minutes.\n\nMy inquiries over the following 3 days only lead to a frustrating shouting match with everyone who answered the phone. Their excuse finally was that, ""everyone charges the same thing"". \n\n\nSave your money! Lowes will sell you an opener and install it all for about 200.00

I can't speak for the other reviews but I will say that you should consider that generally the only people that take time to leave a review are the ones that had a bad experience. That is why I am taking the time to leave my review.\r\n\r\nI called to ask a couple of questions and although it was 3:00pm in the afternoon they offered to send someone right away. I had some plans that night so I asked how early in the morning and they had a 7:00am opening the next morning. The technician called me before coming to my house, he arrived on time, and was courtious. He did the work as expected and went above that with some lubrication and minor tweaks. The price was exactly as I was quoted on the phone and I even made it to work on time.\r\n\r\nCheck the Tulsa BBB for this company instead of relying soley on the reviews left here.

I told a friend about my experience with this company and he said he had them install a garage door and has had no problems since(that's the good-now the bad...my experience)\r\nI had a door installed(paid 700.00-good price), used it 5 mths, it broke. Called for service, tech spent an hour trying to find damage on the door that showed it hit something(my fault I pay, their fault it's free) Couldn't find a mark so fixed the damage for free(didn't find the cause of the damage) reinforced the broken part.15 mths later same thing happened but when the reinforced part failed it caused a lot more damage. Called again, tech said cause was the door opener was mounted wrong (they didn't install the 9 year old opener so I pay 650.00 After arguing with both tech and mgr (who said his records showed the first damage was due to the door hitting something) lowest price was 350.00. This is a long story but the short of it is-If a pro installs a door and the existing hardware is mounted wrong why not tell me-why didn't the first repair tech find this problem-why log it as hitting something-why double the strength of the bracket that failed. When I asked the 2nd tech he said they didn't KNOW that the opener was already installed before the they installed the door. I said it's a 9 yr old opener. His response was ""yes but we don't KNOW that. I take that as calling me a liar without using the word liar. BTW I didn't take the 350.00 offer- I spent 1000.00 for a new door from another co. and installed it myself (that way I KNOW who's lying. These are the type of learning experiences I could do without. My summary on this co. If you use them and get a good tech(they have got to have at least one-see friends account) you are set. But, if you get one like mine then God help you because the manager won't.\r\n

I RECEIVED HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY, I WAS GIVEN A PRICE WHEN THE COMPANY SERVICE PERSON CAME OUT, THEN WAS GIVEN ANOTHER HIGHER PRICE FROM JASON THE INSTALLER. THIS WAS AFTER I WAS GIVEN RUDE SERVICE FROM JASON AND WAS TOLD ""PEOPLE JUST DON'T GET ME"" WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN? I CALLED THE COMPANY AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER JERRY WHO SAID THAT I WAS GIVEN A DISCOUNT AT THE BEGINNING, I GUESS THEY KNEW I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE RUDE SERVICE SO THEY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT BEFOREHAND. JERRY SAID THAT I WAS GIVEN THE DISCOUNT AT THE BEGINNING FROM THE ORIGINAL GUY ""TO GET THE SALE"". JERRY DID OFFER TO TAKE THE NEW DOOR DOWN AND CALL IT A DAY. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD DO THAT AFTER ALL THE EMOTIONAL STUFF FROM THE ENTIRE DAY. ALL THIS AFTER HAVING RUDE SERVICE AND A FALSE QUOTE FROM THEIR PEOPLE. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, THEIR MANAGEMENT ARE NOT MANAGERS, THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AND THEY ARE LIARS
