Derek was very knowledgable about the vehicles we were interested in and his assistance lead us to buying the van that fit our family perfectly. Brian Smith was outstanding with the financing portion of our experience. Without his experience and expertise we wouldn't have been able to get the financing that fit our needs. JNT is changing the face of car buying from being a dreaded necessity to being an exciting time for the whole family. The facilities are top notch, the sales team is top notch, and the customer relations is unparalleled.
I rated my experience as simply outstanding! Lamar Pinson was very personable, very informative and an excellent salesman. He did not pressure us, but provided us with all the information that we needed to make an informed (and quite happy!) decision. He really had to rush back and forth to get everything done on time, and to his excellent credit, it was a job very well done.
As for Nick Jones, he was very straight-forward and clearly competent in his explanations about the financing and different warranty options. I feel that Nick has helped us to make the best financial decision.
Thus, I think that both Lamar and Nick made buying our new car a truly exceptional experience.

I was dreading buying a new car and dealing with sales people, so I began with getting quotes via the internet. A quote from Blake Smith at Jim Norton Toyota led me to their lot last Saturday. Blake patiently let me load my grandbabies (and their car seats) into a Highlander and 4Runner, driving them all around till I could make a decision between the two. Once I was ready to purchase, Blake and the dealership still negotiated some off of what I had already believed was a good price (the one quoted on the internet). There was never any funny business with the numbers, and I never felt pressured. The entire process was easy and, although I hate to say it ;), enjoyable. Please give Blake Smith and Jim Norton a chance to earn your business. I dont believe you will regret it.
Will Franklin made our shopping experience and easy one. He walked all over the lot showing us vehicles he thought we would like. He was NOT pushy, which is a nice change. We appreciate that he let us take our time in the decision. When we buy another car, we will probably go to him and DEFINITELY refer our friends to him.
After months of looking around and test driving different cars, I finally found a used Volkswagen GTI at Jim Norton. This is my family's 3rd vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota, and I LOVE my new car!!! My husband and I just purchased a used truck from Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa, although you would have thought we were buying a brand new more expensive one by the treatment we got. In our past experiences, when we would go to a dealer who likes to push the NEW sales on you and want to buy used, they would turn up their nose at us, not the case at Jim Norton Toyota. All the way from the beginning, I was impressed from the lady who operates the switchboard, sorry I don't remember her name, until we left the parking lot. Everyone we came into contact with was very customer focused, helpful, courteous, the list goes on and on. Our special thanks to our salesman KORD PADILLA and Steve in the Business Office! Me and my husband loved our experience at Jim Norton in Tulsa. Our sales representative was Thomas Hector. He was awesome he was very personable and is not the type that wants to screw people over. While we were on a test drive we went to go pick up an older car of ours to trade. Less than a mile away from the dealership our car that was to be traded in broke down. He waited with us and even had a towtruck called for free. We declined his offer because we have AAA. But AAA took three hours to come get the car. I felt horrible because we were taking his time away from work, he told us no problem I would rather be able to say I helped two people out at the end of the day. I hope people will see this and ask for his services. Again his name is Thomas Hector. You dont know me but I promise he will take care of you and so will his manager. Great guys.
We have bought 2 cars from Jim Norton Toyota and I have to say we have never been treated better!
First we bought a new Toyota Corolla Sport from Terry Howard, Terry was great, he was very patient as we looked to find the exact vehicle for my wife. Then we went to business office and met with Nick Jones, Nick was very nice and professional. Nick had us in and out in great time.
Because of the great experience we had a few months later we went back to see Terry Howard again this time for me a Toyota Tundra. When we arrived Terry was off that night so JC stepped in for him and helped us find the exact Tundra for me. ( I'm kind of picky for gadgets on my vehicles) JC did a great job. Then to the business office where we met with Christopher Mathurin. Again what a great experience, Christopher showed us the best option for us and took great care of us.
I have to say if you need a vehicle go to Jim Norton Toyota, They know how to treat you right!
I bought a Toyota Highlander from Jim Norton. 6 years and 293,000 mile later, I decided to let her rest. Again Jim Norton gave me excellent service with the respect that I expect form any retail establishment, but very seldom seem to get. Chris in Finance was able to get me the interest rate that I was looking for, but due to questionable credit history, I did not expect to get. He made it happen. My sales guy was Will Franklin. He was very knowledgable about the Toyota products, he came across as a proffessional, rather than the "used car salesman" and he was very patient. I was trying to decide on another Highlander which had served me well, or a Venza crossover. Will did not try to steer me in either direction, but gave me the unbiased information that I asked for and let me make my own decision even. I will definately go back to Jim Norton for my next vehicle, and hopefully Will and Chris will still be there.
Whenever you have to make a big financial decision it's a nervous feeling and you have to be very conscious of the places you do business with. I am 22 fresh out of college and I decided that I wanted to buy a car. I wasn't looking to buy a brand new car but something reliable and efficient. I looked all over Tulsa and had some good experiences and bad experience with some local dealers and then there was Jim Norton Toyota.......along with Paul Bussard and Brian Smith ...one word EXCELLENT. Even though Paul was on the used car side he came over and helped me out. I looked different cars and finally made the decision to buy a 2011 Toyota Corolla LE and can I say I'm in love.
One thing that strike me as amazing was that when it was time for me to sign for the car I was going to be late for work and I didn't want to rush, they allowed me to leave without hassling me like some dealers do. It's like they are family. I have built an excellent relationship with them and I feel confident about my purchase. I can go on and on about how great they are because they are that great. The service and quality and genuine interest these people have in you and what you want is astounding. I recommend them anytime to any person. Best people to work with!! I will be back., even if it is just to say hi!
We just purchased our second Toyota from Jim Norton. A 2011 Avalon, Zachary Pinney was our salesperson. Zach is the BEST, he knows the products inside and out, which I greatly appreciate, that seems to be a rarity these days with other places. Zach stayed late and helped explain the memory settings for my wife and how to operate the bluetooth, navigation etc. Zach is never pushy, explains in detail, goes the extra mile for ya. I highly recommmend Zach for your car purchases! Five Stars Keep that pencil sharp Zach! Ha ha

Justin Mayer gave me the best service I have ever expected. A very compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly person. He humbled himself and treated me like a queen and make me fill at home. People like him change the image of a car sale personnel. Over all I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy from the beginning of the process all the way through the financing. I got the vehicle I really like with a great price. What can I say except if you ever be in the market looking for a car go to see Justin Mayer at Jim Norton Toyota!
