I was looking at a new 2012 Rubicon on line, the online sales staff quoted me a price of $24,600, and even though I could not find it on their website, I was assured that it was there and the quote price was what they would sell it to me for. When I got to the lot the sales staff did not have that vehicle on the lot and I started to leave and I should have, but, was offered a 2013 with hard top and large tires for $24,339 and signed paperwork to that effect. It took them a whole month to get me the paperwork, and I did not get copies of the paperwork that I signed and I only got a copy of a pink slip that had not been filled out at the time of the sale and it was filled out with the starting price of $28,240. This dealership does not honor it's word or deals I would not do any more business with them nor would I recommend anyone else do business with them.

my wife and i had been shopping for a new car, and nobody could work the financing on our terms. we went to fowler dodge and got a salesman by the name of FOSTER, he showed us a new 2011 caliber, just what we wanted, we test drove it , Foster told us all about the car. Foster put a deal together and got our financing better than we expected. Foster is a great salesman, we highly recomend anyone to buy from Foster at fowler dodge. thanks so much for all you done for us. the Hutson's

THIS REVIEW IS PART TWO FROM APRIL-July 2011: For over a month the front air conditioning system had been turning off & on. You start up the van & it wouldn't work. 10 minutes into your drive it would suddenly turn on. One day my daughter shut the passenger door while it was running & it came on. So it sounded to me like something was loose. We had spent $700 3 months prior to this so I am angry its not working right. But at the same time, afraid to take my vehicle back in because of the hassle of last time. So one day it stops coming on at all, The rear system is still working, but when you have the front windows down that air doesn't cool the back the way it should. Van's don't have windows in the back, you are only able to vent the back two a few inches. So with the heat that we have had this summer, my kids have been miserable in the back. We arrive wherever we are going & they are very hot & dehydrated. I called the evening before to ask details of when I should bring my van in. He says to get there early the next day. My husband has to leave for work at noon, so I have all morning. I get the van checked in at 6:55 am, tell him what the problem is & that I have until noon to get this done. Hours of their watiting area later, would you believe they didn't take a look at my van until 11:30? I walked up to the desk saying I have to leave in 20 minutes & I have to go. I asked him to just forget the whole morning & let me leave & this can get done another day. He runs off & drives my van around & says "oh they did look at your van & I have the report of what is wrong." We got an estimate of $850 to get the front air working. He said the resistor ( that we had paid to replace in April ) had burned up & when it did burn up, it torched the front blower. So their part they put on, "combusted" & burned a part that was fine. A part we now have to pay to replace? To say we got screwed is an understatement. To hand over the contents of your savings account to get your vehicle safe & driveable for your kids & a few months later that is not honored? This company , they are theives, they will respect you as a customer ONLY if you paid for a vehicle off their lot, or you are making payments to them & you have a warrenty. 2 days later I am at the park & I am walking around the track I see a hose under my van touching the ground. I have pictures of the broken hose & the part it came from. Is this linked to my automotive service a few days prior? Who knows. But we had to go to autozone to get parts to get this connected again where it goes. Since then, my husband & I have switched vehicles, for the safety & comfort of the kids he now drives the van & I am in his car.

April 2011: Took Chrysler Town & Country in to see what it would take to get a/c running. After looking at it the estimate was $575 to replace front & rear blowers. Decided to go for it & let them have it for a day, when it was done went to pick it up & I spotted my van on the lot & went & started it, I was excited about finally having air conditioning. Sat in van for 10-15 min with front & back system running full blast. Air in back was so hot coming from vents it burned my hand. Air coming from the front wasn't even cold but not as hot as the back. I text my husband, he was at the desk paying for this. I told him this air is hot blowing from the van. An employee follows my husband out & tells me when you start driving the air will cool off. So we leave, husband had to leave for work & I am left to drive this thing around until it decides to cool off. Big surprise that never happened. I call them & the guy says " your air never cooled off for you after you drove it?" NO. Husband took van early this morning sat in waiting area for hours. They come to give my husband the NEW estimate & tell him the van needs an additional $300 vacuum part for the air to work. Why wasn't this vacuum part mentioned on the previous day? My husband says no thanks give me the keys I'm sorry I even came here. Then they say ok how about 99 bucks? Less than 30 minutes later he is back home van is fixed. I don't know much about the vacuum thing but it sounds strange it was fixed that fast. They did tell him your van had no freon in it but no leaks so we don't know where the freon went. Did we pay $99 for freon? & they were lying about the vacuum part? Who knows. Based on other reviews & what we experienced, do not trust them with your vehicle.

i bought a used 2005 dodge caravan sxt with 27 thousand and change on the odo. Long story short it had to have 8,500 dollars in repairs to the front suspension with in 6 month of sign for damn thing. This didn't fix the problem. Took it to a different dodge dealership in town. They replaced the cradle bushings and fixed the problem. 8 thousand + and they never replace cradle bushing. Whats even funner is they replaced the whole k frame. Don't buy nothing from these poeple
