I had an honest question to ask the owner about repainting a fender that I had pulled from the junkyard. I figured I would save some time and headaches by pulling the part myself and bringing it to his body shop for repainting. BOY WAS I WRONG!\n\nThe owner flat out said, ""Not worth my time and effort. I'm here to make a profit, not break even."" He even went on to say, ""It's like you bringing in frozen hamburger patties to McDonald's and having them cook the patty for you to eat."" \n\nUh...ok? Nice comparison there jackass.\n\nAfter say that, he turned his back to me and walked off. I've come across some pricks in my life, but this jerk was a total douche from beginning to end!\n\nI didn't bother wasting my time with this dirt bag, so I took my business to OKC Auto Works where I was actually treated with courtesy, and they gladly accepted the fender I pulled from the junkyard. \n\nI will never go back to Warfel even though I live just down the road from these clowns.

Would highly recommend to anyone needed body work done. \n\nI took my Chevy Silverado in after having road debris hit my truck while driving in to work. The object destroyed the headlight assembly and sharply dented the hood. I dropped my truck off late Wednesday afternoon, by Thursday afternoon I got the call from Mike saying it was all done and ready to be picked up. Very fast work, and it looks better than new. The hood was removed, dent repaired, sanded and repainted, all for a very reasonable price.\n\nMike was great to work with, answered all my questions and took time to show me the work after the job was completed. Without a doubt, this is where I would recommend to anyone needed work done, and where I will go back to if needed.\n\nThanks Mike!\n\n-Pete\n2010 Silverado Z-71\n\n\n

Took my wife's Honda in for hail damage... They were really backed up, but got us in because someone cancelled an apt... They said it would take a week because of the damage...\r\nWell it took almost 2 weeks to begin with... I let my wife pick up the car ( first mistake) bcause I was working and she couldn't wait to get her car... When I finally checked the car I noticed many problems...\r\nThe hood was not lined up, the trim pieces around the windshield were not snapped in correctly, and still won't snap in right, didn't replace the plastic between the front and rear side windows... I had to take the car back up there and when I pointed out the problems the manager made it seem like it was my fault that the car was not fixed... We had to schedule another apt. to get the window trim fixed which was in the initial estimate, but for some reason he said that he was going to have to call my insurance to get them to cover it... \r\nAlso the inside of the car was covered in buffing dust, and the whole car had buffing swirl marks all over...\r\n What happened to not paying for service until you are sarisfied with the work...\r\n
