They have no procedure for documenting who is taking care of your child and when. If a person knows the code and the child recognizes that person they can take them. If you are a custodial parent they give you no indication of when your child was in their care and when he was in the other parents care. In other words the non-custodial parent can take the child from the daycare without any restraints or even documentation.
When approaching the staff about it they blew me off and said they had the key pad that tracked whether the child was there or not. Also the teachers have changed about every 6months. May have something to do with administration and management.
Also one of the most expensive daycare's in the city and absolutely not worth it.

We used easter seals daycare for about 6 months and we have nothing but bad experiences with them. My child has extremerly bad allergies and they would do absolutely nothing to help him out during his time there. rather then feed him foods he could eat they just didn't feed him at all, instead, they just left him to fend for himself all day, oh by the way my son is 15 months old. do not use easter seals daycare in oklahoma city

PROS: none
CONS: everything

When it was time to go back to work, I searched for the best daycare, that was close enough to my job. I found my daycare with Easter Seals Child Development Center.
The daycare has a 1:4 teacher: child ratio for infants. The price is $155/week, but they offer a discount if you are employed "on campus" (consisting of OU Medical Centers, Health Science Center, Oklahoma State Dept. of Health, and OKC Clinic). They are 3-star, nationally accredited. The teachers give individual attention to the kids, and have reading and snacks. It is a great daycare, and parents are encouraged to visit throughout the day. They care for kids 0-5, and welcome kids with disabilities.
