I have been taking vehicles to Cartec for years. Fortunately for me, I drive a Toyota Tacoma now, so I don't go in so frequently, but when I do, Jerry always makes sure the work is done right the first time, and that I know what it's going to cost me up front.
Check their web site for more testimonials. They are particularly good in dealing with women. They won't ever talk down to you, or make you feel like you've asked a stupid question.
