I am totally addicted to Ross and his associates. My experience has been great for nearly 9 years. The color always meets my expectations and I don't have to worry that it will look bad. My hair is thin especially on one side. Extensions have solved the problem...only a few make my hair look thick and noone knows. The value for the money I spend at Ross's is the best. I would recommend Ross or Amy to anyone if they want a great looking hair style.

I've had excellent success with the Ross Edward Salon. I've worked with both Ross and a new stylist Jordan and both have done an excellent job! I've had both great cuts and color. Will keep going back.

I'm in the entertainment business, therefore, my appearance is important to me. I've lived and had my hair cut/colored/styled in Dallas, Los Angeles, Nashville, Boston, Denver and my native Tulsa. Ross Edward has cared for my hair since 2003, and he is, by far, the best stylist I've known. The people who did my hair in Dallas were internationally-known gentlemen who gave clinics and appeared at hair shows; Ross has surpassed them. His talent is singular, and when I write that he cares for my hair, I mean it quite literally. He is willing to spend a lot of time to get things RIGHT.
I cannot imagine that the person who created the post "Below Average Service" is being honest; every one of those statements run contrary to my experiences during monthly appointments over the last five years. One exception: ANY ONE of Ross' employees WOULD do a great job - they are all serious, skilled pros, as well as being nice and congenial people... as Ross is.

This salon does a really good job cutting hair. The employees seem to be very well trained and are so very nice. The salon has great hair products for sale and sometimes even at a discounted price. The salon is very clean and parking is great to. The prices are not to bad, maybe average compared to other salons. i enjoy going here to get my hair done.

Pros: The knowledge, attitudes and personalities of the people working there.
Cons: Occasionally tough to park closely - an inherent and VERY minor inconvenience.

No longer accepting new clients

This salon informed me that Ross is no longer accepting new clients and is canceling all his old clients and referring them to someone else so that he has more time to focus on his business.

Below Average Service

Ross Edward - designer and owner - spends as little time as possible with the customer. he is very price concious and it shows. his pricing is based on how long it takes for him to do your hair. In my case, I have a lot of hair and was charged an upcharge of $15 - 20 because of this. I was there twice and the last time, many foils slipped, causing bleeding, which I pointed out to Ross and he made me feel like a difficult customer that he didn't have time to help and loaded me off on his assistant who never said one word to me. Afterwards, I was not asked if I was happy with the color, hair, style, nothing.
For me a good salon experience is not only being happy with my hair, but also knowing that I was treated well, especially when I drop over $100 everytime I go. If you decide to visit this salon, you do not want Ross as your designer. Pick from the other 5 that are there.
Pros: Sometimes they offer a cup of water
