The tanning experience here was great. The rooms are clean, and the bulbs are always up to date. However, tan and tone as a company does not care about their customers. I have had very many frusterating experiences when it came to dealing with payment. Basically I switched bank accounts and let my location know. Jessica was very helpful and told me my next payment could be fulfilled in store rather than being debited from my account. As soon as the 19th came around my new account was debited, left negative with service charges. Tan and tone would not remove the charge, but did call my bank. My bank was only able to remove the service fees. After conversing with the store manager many times she told me her corporate manager would contact me and help me. (after saying I wanted to cancel). Well the corporate manager never contacted me and I was left paying the next months dues along with dues they claim I didn't pay in a previous month.

The bottom line is I had th robotics and tanning package that I didn't use the last months of my membership because I moved, and I still had to pay every penny after all of the trouble this company put me through. Tan and tone didn't make me feel like a valued customer and made me feel like everything was my fault when the error was on their part.

I'm left very dissatisfied and do not recommend signing any sort of contract with tan and tone.

I liked this location. The staff was very nice about looking up my account since it's not with them, they got me into a tanning bed in no time. The bulbs were hot, the shop very clean and the staff super helpful. Great job!
