I found a health club that has it all. The Health Zone is part of the St Francis system. The variety of classes offered here is impressive. The younger people have all their workout gyms, running tracks, and aerobics naturally; I want to mention the programs for us older folks and physically limited. We want to stay in shape and meet new friends too. I join the yoga class off and on. There a few different types of yoga classes offered. I believe yoga improved my posture and decreased morning stiffness. Water exercise classes at Healthzone are my favorite options. I am enrolled in that year round. The class for senior citizens is great. There is nothing worse than trying to keep up with the same routines as the young bodies. In addition to Senior Water Aerobics and Senior Water Circuit classes, there is a water exercise class for Parkinsons and Arthritis conditions. I joined the Ballroom dance class once. That was fun and I met new friends. It??s nice to know I can do the waltz and fox trot should the occasion ever arise.

My boyfriend and I come here not just for the excersize, but for all the extras!
They have massages, aerobics, yoga, a sauna, a pool, a kids zone,
and a greatt low-fat cafe. There are lockers in hte dressing rooms, and there are fresh,
clean towels on hand. Members can bring a guest.
