I have purchased my second car through Joepr easy credit. I have had this car, a Pontiac grand prix 08 for 3 or m o nths now. My salesman, Michael Easley has promised me a key fob that works from day one. He will not return my phone calls.

Today i stopped in at the buy here pay here lot on 29th and i 40 to look at a pickup (05 dodge quad cab white) and i went in to talk to the salesman about price and he said 15,900 750.00 down and 236 every two weeks WOW!!!!! the total

I can't believe the way we where treated. We go in and they act like they are our best friend and tell us how they are changing there dealership. "They are weeding out bad employee's". I am here to say, they have some more weeding to do.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership!!!! We were told that we were approved and we were purchasing a vehicle to build our credit. Then the "approval" changed to a "conditional approval". It then changed to "only approved on certain vehicles". Then, it changed to "those vehicles are sold". Then, it changed to "yeah the bank gave you an approval but they are adding a fee on so large that no vehicle on the lot will work"!!!! The "build your credit loan" is a SCAM!!!!! So, we heard all the excuses above, so they could get out of paying the $1,000 or any other gimmicks they were doing this week!! Not to mention, that we couldn't even get CHAD to call us back (two weeks now)!Every time we have talked to him, it has been US calling him, because he knows Joe Cooper is doing a scam! Please!!!! If you are truly needing to rebuild your credit and need a car or truck, go somewhere else!!!!!

I had a simple brake job done on my car. It was squeaking about 10 days. They changed the pads & said the rotors were fine. No sooner than I left the lot & it was making a new sound & it also began squeaking like before within 24 hours. I was told to bring it in to check out the next day after fixing it. I get there & find out the only tech had left. Nothing but problems. The brake fluid was past the "full max" line - twice too full! Something simple & $165 wasn't fixed. Now I have to go elsewhere. I was told try Hudiburg because they're supposedly great. I don't know but sure won't go back to Cooper Ford. Heard many others complain too about simple work. Don't go there.....run!

I have been purchasing Ford products for quite some time (15 yrs; Expedition, Excursion, 2007 Lincoln MKX and 2007/2008 Edges) and I have never experienced a problem except with the finance/tag/title section at Joe Cooper Ford. My frist poor experience was with my 2007 Edge..I never recieved my official (original paperwork to be used for registration). I had to call them several tmes (without returned messages) to try and resolve the issue. Finally, I took a day from work only to get certified copies to all me to register my Edge. The originals I never saw. When I traded my 2007 in for my new 2008 Edge Limited on Nov 07, 2008, th efinance manager asked where were my originals; to which I answered, they were never sent to me. Now with me 2008 Edge the same nightmaric process is occuring again. I contact thier tags/title department four times; 1st to ensure that they have the right address, 2nd to determine when they mailed the paperwork required for me to register my Edge, 3rd to tell them that I have six days remaining on my temporary tags, yet no paperwork for registration and fourth to leave them a message that I can't drive my Edge because they have failed to send me my paperwork. The 3rd time I called, they sent me certified copies of the original paperwork, but, as I explained to the young woman I was talking to, you can not register a car in the state of New York with certified copies. The last few times I have cotacted them, they have not answered the phone. To have such great services and sales, you would not expect a lacking in other departments...this is unfortunate. As it stands, I can not drive my new car for which I am paying for, no one is answering the phone nor returning my messages and I am stuuck with this compliant. Never, again will I use that dealership and if the issue can not be resolved I will have to resort to other methods of resolution...let's see how well they handle legitimate compliants.

My credit is not so good after a both me and my husband were layed off our jobs we had for more than 3 years, so we had some things go bad. now we could easily gotten a vehicle at a # of buy here pay here places that require little or no credit. we chose Joe cooper because of the fresh start program. well the car we bought needed a motor for the driver side electric window &new passenger side mirror.said they would call us when parts came in,2 weeks later we had to call them.finally says parts came in & set up time for us to bring car in.we live about an hour away,so my husband took a vacation day & took me to work then drove all the way up to midwest City. remind you they already set this day for service up. my huband arrives up there between 9:30am-10am. around 1pm we find out that they did not have all the parts like they said they did,& the car door is dis-assembled. they tell us that they can put door back together but no glass for the window only plastic untill rest of parts come in and who knows when this will be! meaning we will be at risk of getting broke into everywhere we go and parked not to mention the humiliation of a new car w/plastic covered windows. they said they could not get us a loaner car cuz they do not know how long it will be before parts come in and could not do anything for us,no compensation for loss of time or ANYTHING! we even stressed that we had kids to pick up @ 3pm. remember an hour away! & i am at work with no way to travel either! and all this does not get resolved untill well after 2pm & i am stressed over kids not being picked up but they seemed to have no care about our situation what-so-ever! and considering all this is their fault anyways there should be some care in order! Thanks alot JIM and Rick sales reps. over at Midwest City Joe Cooper used car lot!! thanks for none of your care or concern. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND JOE COOPER MIDWEST CITY USED CAR LOT FOR ANYONES NEXT PURCHASE!!

These people will treat you with all kinds of kindness and respect and walk out with a Big smile on your face .As I walked into the dealership I knew right away I was going to be treated right. "Your Pal Ralph" greeted me and I had known him from another dearlership he had worked at. He treated me great there and I knew he would treat me the same way at Joe Cooper Ford. I had bought a car at another dealership and they took me for a ride and I was so upside down in the car I was just not happy at all. As Ralph and I spoke we figured out a solution. There was no pressure from him at all. I test drove a car and ended up buying the dar. I would recommend JOE COOPER FORD to anyone. In fact I sent someone over to talk to Ralph and he was treated with the same kindness as I was and he ended up in buying the Identical car I did.
If you go to anyone else bisides Joe Cooper Ford you will be sorry
