Like, OMG!!!

The guys at Wheeler Dealer have always been helpful. I purchased a new Specialized bike recently and was pleasantly surprised with the price they gave me (as a military member). They had the bike back from their warehouse and built in about two hours, ready to ride. There is only one thing keeping me from a five star rating - their policy on free tune-ups. The will give you free tune-ups for as long as you own your bike, but, when you start upgrading the components, they will no longer honor it. I don't know if that applies when you buy the parts from them and they do the install. I suppose that is a way for them to be sure that everything has been installed correctly and you aren't wrecking parts before you have them do work on it for free...

i love this place.... first off you must understand this is not a huffy shop... these are top of the line bikes at very reasonable prices. The staff has always been nice and helpful. I bought my bike here in 2007 and they still take quick, great, care of my bike every time i bring it in with a personal touch.. one more thing i needed my bike fixed in two days and i COMMUNICATED with them that i need this done and they fixed it right away

OMG, I went here once for a bike and they were rude and acted like my money was not as green as Lance Armstrongs, I promised myselkf I would never go back, then I had a chain problem on my bike, they kept my bike for 3 weeks without giving me updates on the progress, then after seeing it outside in the used bikes I went in and asked what the deal was, they said I would be next, but it could be a week to 10 days before they could fix it, they also told me it would be about $100 to fix, I told them it was a $200 bike, and I was taking it somewhere else....So I did and took it to another bike shop that fixed it in 3 minutes and charged me NOTHING
