Oh man, thank you Bob Hurley Ford! Im a single mom and I was already stressed out at the idea of finding a new car, but as soon as I walked into your store Robert Green relieved that stress. He was always up front and honest with me, and walked me through step by step so I never felt rushed or confused. He never once made me feel like I was forced to buy that day. I had my daughter with me she thought Mr Green was just the coolest thing :) We will definitely be returning

Buying a new car can be a scary experience, especially for a woman but , my experience at Bob Hurley Ford was very pleasant. The salesman Julius Allen (Dr. J) was very knowledgeable,He provided me with all the information and choices I needed. Also never once made me feel pressured as well as he was honest with me on what would fit into my budget. After purchasing my vehicle with Bob Hurley Ford I would absolutley refer others to Julius at Bob Hurley. I love my new vehicle and am very happy!

We have bought two cars now from Bob Hurley Ford and have loved dealing with them. Alonzo was our salesman both times and was wonderful, he never pressured us, was very helpful. The second vehicle we bought, we just had to call him and let him know we were looking for a truck for our son and he said come on down I have one here and he did. Our son loves it and they really worked with us on getting our payments where we needed them. Also, Jason in the financial area was very nice and helpful.
I will be back and I will tell everyone I know about the great service at Bob Hurley.

We have bought two cars now from Bob Hurley Ford and have loved dealing with them. Alonzo was our salesman both times and was wonderful, he never pressured us, was very helpful. The second vehicle we bought, we just had to call him and let him know we were looking for a truck for our son and he said come on down I have one here and he did. Our son loves it and they really worked with us on getting our payments where we needed them. Also, Jason in the financial area was very nice and helpful.
I will be back and I will tell everyone I know about the great service at Bob Hurley.

We just bought a 2011 Ford Explorer from Bob Hurley Ford on 02/12/11.
We had the pleasure of working with Kathy Sluiter (Internet Sales Manager).

I know that with me being an engineer, I am not always the easiest customer to deal with. I had tons of questions about this vehicle, its pricing, options and such. And I ended up taking the vehicle on 2 seperate test drives that day. We didn't end up finishing until 8:30 that night after arriving there at 8:30 in the morning. However, Kathy was very pleasant, patient, very honest and accomodating to all my requests. I never felt at any point that I was being pressured to buy a vehicle.

At one point, I didn't feel that I was getting the best price for my trade-in. So, Kathy went talk to the manager on my behalf and got him to nearly double the price of trade-in so that I could take the vehicle home. She also helped in getting me a much lower interest rate than what my credit union could offer.

This is my first Ford vehicle. We've always been a Toyota family. Before I went to the Ford dealership, I did a week's worth of research on cars.com, edmunds.com, Youtube.com, etc and visited some other dealerships. I looked at the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, Chevy Traverse and Hyundai Santa Fe. In my opinion, all of these vehicles are comparable in some way on price, mileage, and safety features. What sold me on the Ford was how far advanced they were in regards to the technology with their Ford MyTouch and SYNC.

I believe that I got a great vehicle at a very reasonable price. I had a very pleasant purchasing experience. I am hoping that the service department, with whom I will work with in the future on the routine maintenances, is as pleasant of an experience as buying this vehicle was.

I tried to purchase a car from BH Ford Saturday. We had a very bad taste left in our mouth from the salesman Toby that misrepresented facts to us the entire time we were there. When we drove on the lot he said they sold 38 cars that day.
The manager stepped up to the car 10 mintues later and said they sold 18???? We looked at the inventory and told the salesman how much our budget was for our daughter who was getting a car to go back to college in. He ended up showing us a 06 mazda and said it wasn't the dealerships and that it belonged to the floor plan banker for BHF. Anyway the car was nice and we asked for a car fax and he said everyone had gone home that could order a car fax. Wow, then I knew he was lying. The car booked clean at 9,000 and had significant hail damage so I offerred 8,000. No Deal....So I returned home and researched the VIN and they lied again. The car was not in Rodney______name. Evidently it was a repo and they did not want to tell us. BEWARE and only deal with honest car salesman, if one exist. I wouldn't treat a prospective customer like that and don't appreciate being taken advantage of. Signed MAYOR of a small OKLA town.

ha ha, well I am a two time loser so far. We bought an 08 Chevy club cab from them last year, we had buyers remorse, especially after we had to replace the alternator in it immediately, then we never got our finance information, kept waiting and waiting, they finally called and said hey, we just now got you financed so can you come sign some papers for us, I said what if we don't, he said we won't be able to get you financed and you will have to bring the truck back, needless to say we left skid marks in our driveway taking the truck back home. I might also mention my husband and I were both employed, making $5700.00 a month, my beacon rating was 710 and my husbands was 660 so WHY did it take them so long to finance us? Now my daughter is hell bent on buying a car, she just got out of school, was fascinated by their little infomercial with the carrot top guy, we'll finance anybody, well we got down there last week, she had a nice trade in with a clear title (Honda Civic) and a beacon rating of 660 experian 680 equifax, and was a newly employed RN, had 2 months job time under her belt, they offered her $3300.00 for her trade in plus she had $1500.00 cash in her pocket to put towards the dowy payment, salesman says get down here I can send you home in a car tonight, she had one picked out, a Chrysler 300C and it seems after I have literally called them 22 times in 4 days (they are apparently so busy when they say the will call you back they just cant make time for it) they can finance any car on their lot for her EXCEPT for the one she wants! I would definitely look elsewhere if I were you, I am not a huge fan of Jim Glover but they have called me back every time they said they would and they have a Chrysler 300C waiting for my daughter to come sign for, already been approved, only problem of course is it is Vanilla and she wants a black one...go figure! Don't waste your time at Bob Hurley! Now this ones short but sweet, my brother co-signed for his son a truck this past August at Bob Hurley, or so he thought he cosigned for it...guess what, they sent the title back in my brothers name, my nephews name is nowhere on it, my brother got turned down for a home improvement loan 3 days ago because of this error, their finance department is not full of competent individuals apparently!!!
