.

I brought my 9 year old son to this location to trade some games. We have always only dealt with Gamestop because I loved the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. \n\nAs soon as my son approached the counter with his games, the employee was hateful and withOUT greeting my son said ""We don't buy games here."" He then walked away without further explanation. When I asked what was going on, the employee seemed as if I were wasting his time, and told me corporate sends them all their used games. I then called another Gamestop on Memorial and told them of the problem. The employee was very friendly, and stated it was corporate policy that all Gamestops were to purchase games. She even called this Danforth location to explain this to the rude employee, which I witnessed. He laughed at her and hung up on her.\n\n\nAnother young man was working there too, and never once stepped in to tell me any different. He agreed that this location did not accept games, and he refused to assist me with games for sale in the glass case!! Why work there, if you won't assist people?! \n\nI immediately left this Danforth location, and will NEVER return. I suggest everyone else do the same. Any store that employees people who can be so rude to a child who is eagerly standing there wanting to do business with them doesn't deserve to be open. \n\nI made a longer drive to the Memorial store where a young lady went out of her way to help us, and apologized on behalf of this Danforth store, and stated the employees there were rude to her as well!\n
