I was highly disappointed with my visit today. I researched the car I wanted. I was very happy with the decision I made on the car I chose. Shortly after we arrived at the dealership we were greeted and told the gentleman which vehicle we were interested in buying. We took it for a test drive and were very pleased. Everything was going great. Then we go inside to purchase/discuss the vehicle. The first thing I notice is that the price on the internet was $1000.00 higher than the price he is giving us. At this point I had my husband pull the page up on his cell phone to show the price listed. Now according to their website they off special financing. What they don't tell you is that they have a 3-in-1 lot. meaning 3 different lots under the same umbrella company. So we fill out the paperwork for the credit check. The man goes to run it, then comes back to get the same information. He leaves again, comes back and states their computers are down and asks us about a down payment. We tell him what we can afford (having a backup plan of course in case we needed a higher down payment). The man leaves comes back and says they can't help us but that they can take us next door to this other lot that THEY OWN. First of all what about the ""special financing"" that you claim to offer on your website? Already an hour wasted. We go next door to find that the cars cost MORE than the vehicle we were interested in and that they were LESS dependable. I mean come on do the math $232.00 per month is alot cheaper than the OVER $300.00 per month your trying to get me to pay for a car that is not worth the price. I REALLY think they need to rethink their business practices. \n\nThe Nissan part of the lot had very nice, clean cars that were worth the money if you have the good credit needed to get into the cars, however the ""special financing"" lot did not.\n\nI also need to note that the customer service was much better at the ""special financing"" lot. Anthony and Bob were very friendly and I really do wish that they had a better vehicle that I could have purchased.

Please purchase all vehicles from Hudiburg at your own risk! The following is what happened to me.\r\n\r\nPurchased a truck from Hudiburg\r\n \r\nThe battery died the very next day on the way to take my trade in to them \r\n\r\nOnce we jumped the truck and got it started the ATF light was on and it kept flashing saying that it was in 4-wheel drive\r\n \r\nI Took the truck to Hudiburg and they attempted to charge me $2,200 for a transmission\r\n \r\nI explained to them multiple times that it seemed very odd the transmission would go out when the battery died, but they were absolutely certain that it needed the transmission replaced \r\n\r\n4 hours later after much debate, Hudiburg said they would fix it for $500 \r\n\r\nThey explained that they were replacing the transmission and it only takes a day once they get it in\r\n \r\nWaited 1 week and never received a phone call \r\nEnded up having to call the General Manager in order to get a response from the service department \r\n\r\nWas then told the transmission got shipped to the wrong location \r\n\r\n1 month since purchase, I am finally informed the transmission had been replaced (never received a call, had to continually call them) \r\n\r\nI go to pick up my truck and it has what Hudiburg estimated to be $3000 dollars worth of hail damage \r\n\r\nHudiburg refuses to fix the hail damage or drop the $500 for the transmission \r\n\r\nGeneral manager refuses to help me so I spend the next month talking to an attorney \r\n\r\nMeanwhile Hudiburg runs my trade-in through the turnpike 4 times, a total of $225 in fines \r\n\r\nHudiburg finally drops the $500 \r\n\r\n2 months since purchase I go and begrudgingly pick up the truck because I need it \r\n\r\nOnce I get the truck I find out the tow package has been removed, not the hitch but the entire receiver assembly!\r\n \r\nAlso the transmission still isnt fixed, sometimes it wont go into drive and the 4lo light occasionally blinks when driving down the road \r\n\r\nNow when I try to call to talk to the general manager I am told that he is out of town or get voice mail. \r\n\r\nPersons Involved\r\nJoe Gibson Salesman\r\nSeth Sales Manager\r\nMarvin Johnson Service Manager\r\nBrad Thompson General Manager\r\nJeff Atkins Hudiburgs Attorney\r\n\r\nIf you have had a similar experience please go to Hudiburglar . c o m and tell your story.

Pros: Can't think of any ""Pros""

Cons: High pressure sales, terrible/no service, disohonest

.

We were able to do most of our shopping online, so when we got to the lot we know exactly what we were getting and for how much. The salesman was nice, and didn't pressure or try to upsell us in any way.
