I like Greg Avery homes, but too many corners are cut and details are not great. The homes are well built, but I have not been impressed with details like cabinets, hardward, tile or flooring, and the quality of work done on such items. The housing prices are very good, and the houses are nice, but don't expect outstanding workmanship.
