This is a huge market that has lots of Great Deals, but like anywhere else you need to shop wisely. There are about 500 booths that sell everything from collectibles to jewelry (including those doing jewelry repair) , from new t-shirts to used uniform clothes at great prices. Most of the dealers there are friendly and very helpful, some do their crafts right there for you to watch. I found people there doing custom sewing, jewelry repair, custom t-shirt lettering, car tags, ceramic work and painting, plus a whole lot more. There are lots of booths that sell new items, some much cheaper than the local malls and stores in the area. The owners keep the building clean and have good alarm systems and lots of video cameras for your protection should you have a booth and leave your merchandise inside during the week. Several of the outside booths have carport tops for weather protection and there is an inside and an outside manager to help you any way they can. This being said you also need to know the owners set the rules and will force you out should you not follow those rules. They try to manage the types of merchandise in each room so there will not be too many of the same items in that room. (This Flea Market was a strip center in the past with about ten stores, now a very large market)
In the summer I feel they do set up too many outside booths which restricts movement and parking in the outside lots, but it is worth your while to find a parking space and spend the day shopping with the several hundred dealers. Business is a little slow right now for most of the dealers due to the economy and I found many of the dealers willing to barter with you. I feel that if you are a flea market shopper you will find this market worth the drive, but make sure you have a full day to look around as there is much to see.

as for this being the great american market maybe about a year ago, when you can park. as for the past few time that i have tried to go i could not find parking all i found was a bounch of deals in the parking spot i thought this was an indoor market. I hope the deals in side are getting a good deal on rent since they have no customers to sell to . How does the owner expect to get his rent when the deals inside are get screwed. I don't know what happened to this flea market in the past year or so but how ever is running this places need to ask for help on how to do it right. I have a sad feeling that the great american flea market is going to close soon, or at least that is how it looked like the last time i was there to find things for the holidays and found out the a few old time deals had left what a shame. I hope who ever is running this place wakes up and smells the coffee and listens to ideas and gives us back the parking lot, since the place would be a shame to lose.

It's a flea market. You can never have too much stuff. I like looking at all the stuff. It is called flea market for a reason not North Park mall. I like books and there are vendors with lots of books. Cheap.

If you want to be a vendor at this flea market, I would suggest you not. The new owners wife and daughter will go around and tell you that you can't sell your product so the daughter can sell it in her booth. They also tell you how much you have to charge for your product. For example, one vendor who sells pop was told he had to charge the same as the owners daughter, which was more than he was charging. Yet she will sell your product and undercut your price. All the Mexicans were told they cannot sell Mexican candy, the daughter now is the only one allowed to sell it. New vendors are told they cannot sell knives because the owners daughter does. This is a flea market, everyone sells knives! So much for free enterprise. But they are not consistent. Several booths sell the same type of clothes right next to each other but they don't try to control that. Several booths can sell Ed Hardy t-shirts, but no one else is supposed to sell any type of t-shirts that one vendor sells or even says she sells when she doesn't. When you pay your booth rent, you better pay by check so you have a record. They keep "losing" records of your payments and say you owe when you don't. They have rented out so much of the parking lot to vendors there is no place for customers to park on the weekend. Because you cannot get around to the next row you have to back out of the one you went in to, making it very dangerous. The vendors and products are great, but under these conditions no one will be there shortly but the owners daughter! As a vendor you won't have customers if there is no parking, or there are few vendors. They also will not honor your contract and will break it if its not to their advantage. Vendors beware.

I love this Place! If you are out to buy something brand new for nothing go to the mall! We go there and look around and always find something different and great. At least there is something to do in Tulsa! Go by the Bamboo booth #156, I have bought so many plants there and those ppl are GREAT! So nice and helpful, plus there are so many other antique and different things there, you can stay busy for hours just looking. IF you want something brand new and you think they are to high then go back to the store BUT hey, don't down this place, they are out to make a dollar too! Be wise when you are shopping that is all you have to do!

most of what is here is junk.

In two major booths (two of the 3 biggest) ..they sell used junk at retail prices..

Example;; one booth sells monitors and 3-10 times their value.
And recently sold a flatpanel for $125 which was not even worth $10.

Btw, U can go retail and find this exact monitor at full retail & new.

This is very hugh flea market and you can just spend all day looking for cheap stuff here. With over hundreds vendors, you will find some cheap or some still expensive. You have to bargain for better price. Also, you need to be careful of some stuff like food because some food products here are already expired but they are sold cheap. I think this is a nice way to spend time shopping in a different atmosphere during weekends

PROS: very hugh market

Me and my husband go here often. We go here just to walk around and look. They have a lot of vendors inside and out. They have people there that are selling cars sometimes too. They have so many things to choose from and neat things to look at. We bought a really nice dining table and chairs there.

Being a cute large store that is full of beautiful possibilities for decorating your house, The great american flea market and antique mall is a very clever store that opens up many possibilities. The empoyees are very nice and helfula nd if you need one of them to carry something big to your car for you, they are completely willing. Honestly I akm not sure that many people under the age of 30 would enjoy spending much time in this store.

Has a registered sex offender on staff. Lots of illegal mexicans as vendors. Owner going senile. His daughter is trying to take over but is rude and dictator (supposed to be christian but doesn't act that way).
