Yes, the food was good.
Yes, the service was good.
No, the charges were not worth the quality of food and service.

We had a table of seven, arrived on a Tuesday evening at 7, left by 8:23.
Restaurant was near capacity.
Four of us ate dinner (separate checks).
Two drank just water and one had a soft drink.

The following bill for my wife and I:
Two Moretti beers ($4.00 each)
Two R Stuart Big Fire pinot noir ($12.00 each)
One Pollo Salad $10.00
One California Pie (pizza) $22.00
20% dinner gratuity $12.80
Subtotal $64.00
Tax $9.77
Total $86.57

When I talked to a manager named Lauren, she kind of hemmed and hawed about the price of food, drink and gratuity.

By the way, a bottle of Big Fire retails between $18 and 20.
Figuring that a glass had about 4 ounces at $12 per glass, that is quite a profit margin.

I would have felt better about paying this much money at the Polo Grill or Michael Fusco's Riverside Grill Restaurant.
Their per-glass prices and overall dinner prices merit the higher cost.

Ta-ta, TucciI wont be eating there anytime soon especially in this economy!

If you want really good Italian food then you have come to the right place. They have great pizza for lunch or if you want the good stuff ask about their specials they always have a good one going on. They have a wonderful patio overlooking Cherry Street. They have a bar but its very small but its a great place to eat and then go get a drink because there are plenty of places for that in walking distance.

PROS: Food, great date place, great location
CONS: small bar, small restaurant so don't be late

Great food and good service. I had a poboy sandwhich. It was delicious. The dining area is small but nice. The prices were fairly reasonable for a sit down Italian eatery.
