How about don't overdraw your account. The courtesy part is that they allow you to overdraw at all and not have bouncing checks everywhere. I am a former IBC employee and I am related to someone who still works there and that is not even their policy. There are situations when overdraft refunds are given.
But, with that being said, there are better banks.
