Wow...long story short I went in just to check thing out & got stuck there for about an hour (honestly). The beds looked awesome but The staff are out of their bloody minds. I've heard of trying to upsale but they went over & beyond. Three different girls at the same time tried to sale me probably $500 of products (that they all swore by) & they wanted to lock me into a 6, 8 or year long contract & that (conveniently) gets deducted out of your bank account! After trying not to be rude I told them I would have to check go over it w/ my husband before I signed & anything & I ran out of there. Will never go back!!! Those girls are scary crazy!

This is the shadiest, most ill-run establishment I've ever dealt with. First, you get locked into contracts and when you ask questions, the workers are so ditzy that they tell you incorrect information. I finally had to call the corporate office to get any correct information. Then, after being locked into the contract for longer than I wanted to be, I put a freeze on my account (to only be charged $5 for that month because I was low on cash). The people at the store did not turn in the freeze form and when I called I was told I didn't give enough notice (30 days), which I DID. Then after I got that straightened out I did a cancellation form because I was so fed up. What do you know, I was charged the full amount even after giving another thirty days' notice. When I called the corporate office they tried to tell me I could take a store credit and when I refused they finally agreed to repay me monetarily via direct deposit. Almost three weeks later I had not seen any money and when I called to ask about it, the worker had no idea what had happened. I'm waiting for a call back.
STAY AWAY, they steal your money. That's how they have nice decorations in their stores. And, just as others have said, the tan plateaus way too early.

Called again and this time manager stated it would be handled. Now phone goes straight to corporate office and I am being told manager was new and didn't have authority to handle so Im out over $100

I have tanned there for over a year and I am getting ready to cancel. I like the beds but the constant pushing for me to buy something is getting old. I am sure the girls working there are supposed to push sales but it gets irritating. I was told I had to mail my cancellation in but not by certified mail. They do try to make it difficult for you to cancel it seems.

I went to my normal tanning location to cancel contract for summer, no problem right? After getting cancellation paper I was instructed to send CERTIFIED MAIL to the headquarters, which is RIGHT NEXT DOOR....I was told this was to ensure they receive the document. So if I walk next door, hand it to you, your not sure if you receive it??? What kind of people do you have working at your headquarters??? Loved my tanning, but won't tan there again because of this issue.

I love the Riviera. The tanning beds are very nice for the cost. They have the lowest unlimited monthly tanning plan in the city. You do have to become a member, but well worth the money.
