I've been going here for 2 years now. I've called and rescheduled before with no problems, I just gave them a 24 hour notice like they ask. They are always nice and very professional.

Hi,

I would just like to say, sometimes a receptionist can be very important to a business. I called to reschedule my appointment, had a work conflict...and all the receptionist could do was tell me how I was going to pay $25.00 for doing that. She wouldn't even work with me on rescheduling my appointment, and she couldn't get a $25.00 bill in the mail fast enough to me.

The time I came there before I really like Dr. Bonnet, his Hygiene staff was wonderful to me...I will miss coming there, like I said tried to tell the receptionist I just need to reschedule, and I didn't think I should have to pay $25.00. So I guess it was worth it to her to turn my business elsewhere and you would of made a lot more than $25.00 on me if she just would of worked with me.

If you are searching for a new dentist give this office a try. They are very friendly and they know all their patients personally. My small children go here as well. My daughter had to have a tooth pulled and Dr Bonnet was so nice and made her feel so comfortable and safe. He is a great dentist and takes his time with all his patients, they all really care.
