If I could give a negative ""star"" I would. This facility moved my belongings due to a remodeling... first, they should have told me before I moved into the unit that that unit was scheduled for remodeling but they didn't. \r\n\r\nI was given 2 weeks notice to move my stuff to another unit during the remodel. That was not possible so I was told movers would be hired at no cost to me. I was not comfortable with this until I was promised my unit would be video taped and pictures taken to ensure the movers they hired would put things back exactly as I had my things. About a month later I went to access my unit and could not... they permanently moved my without my knowledge. When I found out where my ""new"" unit was and returned to the unit to retrieve some items, it was a complete and total mess. Boxes were on sides, items were thrown on top of things, absolute no order. I would post pictures of the disaster if I could.\r\n\r\nWhen I went to the manager for resolution.... NONE came except excuses. I was even told that I COULD NOT have the owners contact information. NO RESTITUTION was offered or given. Needless to say I am no longer at that facility and will let everyone I know to STAY AWAY.
