They stripped out the drain plug, (rounded all the corners off) then said they didnt have the right size wrench, so they cant change my oil. I got it changed down the road, that's when I found out they had rounded all the corners off using the wrong size wrench. Note the car was a Porsche Boxster S.

Bills Quick Lube is a clean and professionally run facility. They are extremely polite and respectful and really make you feel welcome while you are there. They take their job to a new level and take pride in their operation. They are reasonalbly priced and do a very thorough job in checking your vehicle out.
