Primary Concepts Preschool

I bring my two kids there (i have a 6 year old and a 4 month old) and i love it there, there summer program for the older kids is wonderful- my 6 y/o daughter always has a blast when going.The manager there is absolutly amazing and is always helpful, the staff is always really good about letting me know what happens throughout the day.

One of the most important qualities of a daycare is the security measures they take, especially when it comes to picking your child up at the end of the day. My wife usually picks up my daughter from her daycare Primary Concepts. Recently, I had to pick her up for the first time since she's attended Primary Concepts. I went in, picked up my daughter, put her in her car seat and walked out. The staff has never met me, seen me or even knew my name. Why didn't they I.D. me? Anyone could gone in there and picked up my daughter. Therefore, I rate this daycare Unsatisfactory.
