MSVH is an excellent facility satffed by very competent veterinarians. We particularly like Dr. Shafer-Ray. She has always answered our questions straight up, but with always with compassion. Their fees are on par with other area clinics, and their hours are convenient

We have used this vet office for 2 different pets - both considered exotics (gerbil and ferret). The care was outstanding, the staff excellent, and the facility is clean and doesn't have that overpowering pet smell. When we had to put the ferret down, the vet was kind and gracious and we received a nice card for everyone on the staff. It was a nice human touch to a difficult situation. We'll be back!
