Do not take your car here for repairs. \nI took my Lexus here to get hail damage repairs and a small rear end collision. \nIt took them over 2 weeks to repair my car. Plus they did not detail the car after it was repaired.\nYou would expect them to at least take of the marking they used to identify the hail dents. \nMy car was return with plenty of Blue marks all over. The repair manager just said, you need to wax your car. WTF is that. By that time, I was frustrated and just needed my car back since my rental ran out. \n\n I went to a Westside Lexus in Houston TX, got my car back from repairs and it was perfect. They washed and waxed the car after the work they done. \nI expected more from a Cadillac dealership. \n\nOn top of that, the Repair manager also tried to charge me an extra 200 for a repair he said my insurance did not cover. I had to explain to him, my insurance covers everything, I just have to pay the deductible. took some time for him to understand.\n\nOverall worst experience ever. AVOID THIS PLACE!

We bought a 2006 Escalade from DT in 2006. This is the only dealer in town, so no choice really.

We gave all the specifics we wanted, including a factory DVD. We were quoted the price and told it was a factory DVD. The sales staff straight out lied to us.

When we got the vehicle, it was a DVD that they had installed by a local shop. Have had problems with DVD ever since.

Service also poor. Only take for under warranty repairs because it's free. Often have things in for a week and you have to call and hound them to get anything done.

They did a great job in an expeditious manner. And washed the car on top of it. I was worried that a SAAB would be a problem but the engineer was fast polite and knew his stuff. Thanks to them i will not hesitate to purchase this car again

I had to take my car to them being the warranty was through them and I was worried that they were not very nice people. Wow I was wrong!!! They took my car in first thing in the morning and tokk me home and even came back to get me when my car was done. All the workers were so very nice and helpful. This place seemed very organized and very clean.

Thomas Cadillac is a great company to work with, for buisiness, or pleasure. Owning a cadillac I always use this company when I have a problem with my car and I have found that I have never had a problem with them. They are always helpful and if they dont know what is wrong, they find out in a very timely fashion.
