This store is so much more helpful than the other locations have been. I was unsatisfies with the service I had received at another store and they went out of their way to make up for it.

At The Beach always have great deals on their tanning lotions. The staff is very helpful in finding something that work good with you. They also recommended a step 3. At first I didn??t think it was a big deal but after trying it I noticed my tan lasts longer, plus my skin feels great. I highly recommend using a step 3 after each time you tan. Thanks ATB

I have been tanning with At the Beach on and off for years, even back when they only had 3 locations and were open 24 hours. What I enjoy about tanning there is the great choice of beds and the fact that they offer monthly plans where I can pay one price monthly and tan as much as I like.
I have had had both the long term membership, and the short term membership and each had it's advantage, but I never felt like I had been tricked or cheated into purchaseing a membership.

I can't even begin to tell you how dishonest and shady this service is. I went in person to initiate a contract to tan for one month. When I asked the front desk receptionist the terms of the contract she told me I had to cancel my membership before the month was up. I canceled 28 days after my start date and noticed on my credit card statement the next month that they charged me an additional month. When I brought this to their attention they said there was a 5 day processing wait. I did not know to allow an additional five days or I would have canceled earlier. This five day wait put me over the thirty day contract, charging me for another month. When I went to dispute it they claimed it didn't matter what the receptionist who worked there told me and that the contract states the conditions. When I called the customer service number they were rude and threatened to reactivate the contract enabling them to access my credit card if I had the money credited back to my account.

Typical of other At the Beach salons, this one offers fantastic customer service. I've never had to wait for a bed, never got even a faint burn and the bulbs are always fresh. Super staff and super products make this a great place to catch a few rays.

ATB Corp office "secretaries" are not at all flexable, considerate or professional! They will REFUSE to work with you- they just want thier money or else. It was HORRIBLE...I have never had an experience like this before..DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH ATB!!!! Search Craigslist for people that are trying to GET RID of thier contract! I am a business owner and I can't believe that these people are still in business. I had a prob which was THIER FAULT on my bank account - it was not caught until months later.....THEN I saw that I had not paid what i needed to pay (THIS IS ME BEING HONEST) They were suppose to take out the $ and did not.....so I called them to ask that they take it out over time instead of all at once...(since it was THIER FAULT) ...they said "no, and by the way, now you can't TAN until the full balance is paid!" .....HELLO! I JUST CALLED YOU! THIS WAS YOUR FAULT! I AM CALLING- BEING HONEST AND THIS IS WHAT I GET? Wow....I hope that those ladies get paid A LOT of money to sell thier souls to $money and a position that screws people over daily! BY THE WAY: The manager at Danforth is AWESOME! He is professional, nice, coureous to customers and uses his discretion wisely! He gets an A+ for customer service and sales (I AM A SALESPERSON- SO I KNOW!) He is great! OWNER: IF YOU ARE THE OWNER OF ATB: YOU HAVE A POTENTIALLY GREAT COMPANY - GET RID OF THE @#^ IN THE CORP OFFICE...(2 OF THEM?) My business would NOT HAVE SERVIVED very long with someone like that in my home office! I have ran a business for over 10 yrs......either your rules need to change, or your staff needs to change. Otherwise, you are up a creek! Good luck! I hope you can make it better....I think you can....If you can take peoples feelings and observations of your business into full consideration. If you are an open minded person....AND from what I hear about you (owner) YOU are an open minded person!! So I think you will read this and use it as a logical, smart business person would!
