I went to Claremore Tire to get a flat tire fixed and was told that I had to buy a new tire because the flat could not be fixed. When I was told how much the tire would cost I thought it was a little high, so I started looking around on my phone for what that tire cost at other places and it costs $50 to $85 more at Claremore Tire than anywhere else. I also notices that they go out of there way to find things wrong with peoples vehicles, we didn't see anyone leave with a bill for under $500.
We have a Toyota, a Honda, and a Mazda, and I've had all of them in Claremore Tire recently. I felt I got excellent service and price for my money. If anything arose differently from the estimate (the Mazda had a lug nut that had to be replaced because the previous tire seller--Robertsons--had put it on with crossed threads, so it stripped the bolt) they not only came out and told me, but they quickly got a replacement bolt (at a reasonable cost) from O'Reilly's and I only had to wait about 15 minutes longer than expected. When I had the Honda in for alignment, they noticed one of the tires was a bit out of round, and since I wasn't ready to buy new they rotated the tires until the ride became much improved--at no additional cost, even though it took them longer than the time they'd budgetted for. One thing I'd like to note is that I do always try to get into the shop as early as possible, and I try to avoid Saturdays, so I'm sure that just helps in making my experience time-wise much better, but I can't complement the staff too much. I have always been well pleased.
I did business with the owner when he managed a tire store in Tulsa. When he bought Claremore Tire, I was pleased to give him my families business. He has done my family and I right always giving us great service, prices and product. Family owned business that has a great staff. I proudly recommend Claremore Tire to my family, friends and clients.
Claremore Tire was paid to fix a slow leak in my truck to prepare it for a long trip. Instead of fixing it, they just stuffed 65lb in it and hoped that we got far away before it went flat or blew out. unbelievable... terrible service that put me in a risky situation - I could have rolled the truck if the tire blew.
They don't care about their customers, find a different tire service.

Had to buy tires for my van and went into the office to find out price and talked with owner or manager and they didnt have the right size and owner seemed put out trying to find them finally got them and got out of there in about 2 hours and got home and found out speedometer is showing fast and called and said it was not there problem didnt really know for about 2 weeks took it in to dealership and they said tires are wrong size!To really top it off! had a flat on the turnpike 3 months later and couldnt get the lugs loose, had to have the van towed (not to Claremore Tire!!!!) to another shop!Service mngr said he hadnt seen lugs that tight in his 20 years of service!I was recommended by someone who went to church with the owner!I hope that they read this review and I believe the only reason they have any business is because of the location, bought a brand new set of tires and wind up paying more.I wouldnt let them work on a bicycle tire!

Great service and did not take all day. Staff was nice and helpful. Prices were average. But did not have to take car to Tulsa it's great to have a place like this in town so we don't have to travel tulsa. Would take my car back there anytime. A plus place
