THE WORST ANIMAL CLINIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!! We took our pregnant dog that was in distress to this clinic and WITHOUT any consultation with me (the owner) they took my dog back to closed doors and proceeded to deliver my puppies vaginally when it was a "no brainer" that my dog needed a c-section. Because of their neglect and lack of care for my dog and her puppies, 2 out of 3 puppies died. One of the two that died had to be "put to sleep" after birth because of an injury that occurred due to neglect after delivery.
It was 3 hours and 45 minutes of sheer horror for me and my children.
On top of everything that happened, they actually made me pay a bill for this total nightmare.
If you truly love your pet and want the best for it...DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL TO MARINA ANIMAL CLINIC. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
They took care of my "Little Bit" for years. And when she finally got so very old and weak they helped us put her to sleep. From the lady at the front desk to her final moments she was treated with care and respect. You can't buy that. I will always be grateful to all the staff for their kindness. And if and when we get another puppy no one other than these folks will treat her. Nuff said.
This place has good prices and tells you how much you might need to spend before you get into a huge freakin bill. Yes you have to wait but it's worth it because everyone wants low cost so there will be a line.
Hell I took a puppy to another clinic and they wanted 2000$$ to treat the pravo diarhrea. My puppy could have died but Marina SAVED my pup for a half as much! Why do those other guys charge so much?!
You could spend a lot more at a huge corporate practice but don't if you are smart.
Marina cares about pets and they prove it by keeping costs down.
i have been there several times, for different animals. I had a cat who i adored, my neighbor poisoned him... i rushed him to marina, he didnt make it but they did everything they could to help him, and they didnt charge me a dime. I had my next cats vet needs taken care of just fine. including ear dops and a neuter. Next i had a pit bull with a genetic kind of mange, they took care of her with her meds every saturday for months. The vets are great, front desk... eh, not so much. at least 5 years ago anyways. but overall, pretty good. I mean my animals i cared so much for, were taken care of.+
I have a dach/chi mix that I rushed into the Marina one day because I was out on a walk and a big dog attacked it. I didn't think it was going to make it till I got to the vet. When I got there they saw me rush in the front doors and one of the girls behind the counter immediately got up grabbed her from my are and ran her to the back. The other girl behind the counter stepped up and started putting me in the computer and got the details of what happened. They assured me that they would do what they could for her. A short time later the doctor VERY nice I might add came to update me on Lucy, her eye as pertruding out of the socket, the doctor informed me that it was to damaged and had to be removed and that the x-rays showed no internal damage and that she seemed to be very lucky. He wanted to stablize Lucy for a few hours and then take her to surgery to remove the eye. I agreed signed the paperwork paid a deposit and by that time she had her IV in place and was in her cage and they let me go see her. She went home the next day and thanks to their quick response time she is doing just great today with only one eye.
I will never go there again all the care about is the money i took a kitty inn that i found and was very sick i had my 5 yr. old daughter with me they were rude and did not show any feeling wjat so ever about the feeling of the kitty or my daughter we both left in tear's after spending alot of money for them to tell us she was gonna die............. rude rude rude i hopr it make's them feel good making a little girl cry!!!!!!!!!!! plz ppl. if you care about your pet's or even the little stray's that show up don't go to the marina

My dog went boarding at Marina Animal Clinic for 3 days and came back with a huge flea on her belly. If you want to visit your pet, they would not let you in right away. They insisted to "clean" the facility first for about 30 minutes. Otherwise you may catch your pet in a dirty kennel. Just imagine what happens if you don't visit.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We took our dog to Marina Animal Clinic for a surgery to have her spayed and have a hernia repaired. We noticed that the hernia was not removed or repaired the day we brought her back home. For the following three weeks, we have tried to contact the receptionists, office manager and the doctor repeatedly, but received nothing but denial and negligence. The staff would even hang up as soon as they recognize our number. They claim it is a "new" hernia-appeared the day after the surgery. We never got any refund, nor did they acknowledge any substandard care and services.
I hope by sharing our experience here, other people can stay away from this vet. All they care about is your money, certianly not your pets. The ethics and integrety are out of the window.
They do not even deserve one star.

If you love your animals I would never use this place. They killed my dog by overdosing her. They send her home with me to "watch overnight" and she dies before we even get home. I called and talked to Mary Ann the manager and they have completed changed her file to show that no they didn't tell me to take her home but that they told me to take her to a emergency vet. One she still would have been dead and two I just gave you $600 to treat her.

I have a Huskey that I rescued that had a broken leg, which the Marina fixed. Then we found out that she was pregnent. Gave birth only a few weeks of me having her. She had her puppies they were given away, the momma was spayed at the Marina. Then she started having seizures which they got under control, of course I have to go back every so often for blood work. If that isn't bad enough she tore her ACL which again they fixed. A few months ago she started having urinary accidents I took her to them and they took some radiographs and determined that she had spinal issues which required back surgery. They refered me to Dr. Deen who did the surgery and now she is doing wonderfully.

THE WORST VET CLINIC. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. My dog was prescribed OTOMAX- AN EAR ANTIFUNGAL STEROID for my dogs EYE! Merck, the maker of OTOMAX do not recommend this drug for any usage other than EAR, per my conversation with them. Now my dog has cornea problems. The woman working at the front counter said she uses this drug on her own "boo-boos". The vet never ran tests on the eye and only prescribed (the wrong) meds based on visual inspection, TWICE. Another woman at Marina told me that there are no tests that can be done to find out eye problems and it is a "TRIAL AND ERROR" kind of thing.

I've been going to Marina for my animals since 2003. The prices are considerably cheaper than any other animal clinic. My pets have been healthy thus far, except for my cat. An hour ago I was told by the vet that my cat has a blockage and/or an infection in his urinary system. It's going to be a set back for me but it's at least 1/2 of what other places would cost. The vet I was with was very caring and gave me all the information I needed. I totally recommend this place!

My pup got very sick. The doc / vet was caring and compassionate. My pet got exceptional care. He had to stay in the animal hospital a few days. The prices charged are a little better here, but the pets still get the best veterinarians.

We have a little pomeranian puppy. Thier little bones are so fragile. My husband accidentally stepped on the puppy while the puppy took a sharp running turn under his feet. He was mortified to realize he had broken her little leg! He called me in a panic...I told him, don't worry, the Marina opens in 14 mins (7 am).. you can take her there.. they'll take care of her. We've used Marina for all our pets needs in the past, from shots, to spays, to broken bones for over 15 yrs now. They are super!! Well, my hubby decided on his own accord to take her to a different vet (one that called itself a "hospital") thinking that the puppy would receive "better" care there. He called me right after the experience at the "hospital", told me that he had taken her there instead and that the vet there told him it would cost over $700 to set the puppy's leg, plus the cost of aftercare. ($65/office visit). I basically scolded him, and said.. why didn't you take her to the Marina like I told you to?... LOL, he said, I'm on my way there now! Approximately 30 mins later, he called me to inform me that the "other" place needed to be turned in for ripping people off, and that the entire procedure including all aftercare would only cost $200 at the Marina!!! $200!!!!!.. not $700+ . The people at the Marina are super, the costs can't be beat, the veterinarian has been taking care of animals for over 25 yrs, and I fully trust them. Don't be fooled into paying higher prices... trust the Marina Animal Clinic

I rely heavily on Marina Animal Clinic for my pets' basic needs. The rates to see animals are the lowest I've found in Tulsa, and the staff all seem to genuinely love animals. The downside of the inexpensive rates is the inordinately long waits I invariably encounter. Since they accept walk-ins, the lobby is always full even in the early morning. The staff, while friendly towards the animals, usually seem harried and rushed. I would hesitate to bring a beloved pet here if there was a serious problem; however, Marina has been great for check-ups and basic medical care for my pets and the strays I invariably pick up along the way!
PROS: Inexpensive prices; take walk-ins
CONS: Somewhat rushed care; long waits

I stumbled in here about a month ago after finding a injured bunny rabbit. The vets there were wonderful . They took the rabbit at no charge and went out of there way to let my children know the bunny would be ok. I also use them for all three of my dogs. they have a very warm and caring staff. My dogs can't wait for their checkups .

I went to another vet place for years. But money was getting tight. So I asked around. I was recommended this place. I was a little leary. But after going I was very happy. My dog Kirby was happy after also. He became friends with a lot of them right away. They are kind and loving there.

I have to say this is one of the most caring places around. My cat years ago got very sick and I went in, no appt. and they seen me almost right away. The Dr. was very honest and said I needed to make a decision and i could take my kitty home for the night and come back in the morning. My kitty died that night, when I did not show up they called and wanted to know how she was. They sent a card for my loss. I think this place is so sweet. It is the one and only time I have been in but they arwe one of the best in Tulsa! A Dr. that cares!!!

I would always drive by this place late at night and see a lot of people waiting. Plus I already had a vet.
My vet died and this place is close to where I live so I thought I'd give it a try.
The line moves quickly, the poeple are nice and it's a LOT cheaper than my old place.
