Breakfast lunch and dinner all before 2:00PM.

I've been a regular customer of the Full Cup for eleven months now and my personal experience has been more than satisfactory regularly exceeding my own eccentric and picky expectations.

His Honor, Will Rogers would have felt comfortable here and have been a regular fixture I'm sure. If you look above the door on the east side of the main dining room you will see a terrific summation of the restaurant on a neat little plaque. "Good Food Is Not Fast and Fast Food Is Not Good." That being said, expect your meal to be delivered to you, usually within 7-9 minutes during the slower periods and your entree selection and generally one or two minutes faster still during the busiest parts of the day, this generally being the 8:00AM-10:30AM breakfast crowd.

Although the restaurant usually fills nicely, the word "crowd" is probably not really appropriate as you never seem to have to elbow or muscle your way into or out of the establishment. And if you are like me and feel that a little extra elbow room needs to be on the menu, you should feel well accomodated in that regard.

Never stuffy. No frills, no silly parsley (unless you ask for it you silly-billy) no nonsense service and the most consistently courteous wait staff that I have found in the Greater Tulsa area. This is not an exaggeration and includes my good friends at Big Daddy's BBQ in Jenks, Oklahoma as well as Bennigan's in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Both of whom I have lauded over so many times to so many good friends, complete strangers and restaurant review boards.

Back to the staff; The staff is courteous, prompt and entirely human. Never has a staff member treated me poorly or anyone that I have dined with or around to my knowledge and I do look closely at things. I've been kindly served by each waitress currently employeed and never ask for a specific waitress because it just isn't neccessary. I do of course have a favorite waitress and she knows who she is, so there is no need to go around breaking any hearts here. If a mistake somehow slips into or out of the kitchen (a rare occurence in my experience), it has been kindly remedied, again a display of the human factor. The Wendy's down the road may not always be so helpful in that regard, unless you want a heart attack, which they are happy to serve in bulk. If that is your grift then you need to drive on down to Wendy's to get your 2 mintute, ??? calorie processed chicken snackwich with a side of "get out of my drive-thru, you only get one ketchup packet and you didn't even ask for any ketchup. Yeah you can call my boss if you want, he won't return your call and I'll still be here a year from now so get out of my DRIVE-THRU!! And baked potatoes can be brown on the inside, it's NORMAL!! I work here, you don't so you don't know!!" That exact incident has happened to yours truly and probably to at least 10 people just this week. Need I say more?

Moving on: The food is more than agreeable and always well presented. In fact, tasty or mmm mmm good are not at all fair descriptions. Let's go ahead and use a phrase like "sought after" since one word simply doesn't cut it. I say this because when I go to a breakfast diner I'm looking for a meal like the one's my momma cooked for me so many years ago. Clean food, a clean plate, neatly arranged and usually obvious that someone isn't just good at their job, but displays a little self-pride and is genuinely interested in keeping their job. Not a house of pancakes with consistently dirty, sticky syrup urns and worse. Short-order spatchula slingering and plate serving isn't an easy gig. For anyone that thinks otherwise, just give it a shot one day and count your wasted product, monitor your prep and breakdown times, count your tips at the end of the day and take toll of your dwindling tolerance. Tell me then how easy it is.

The excellent service always has to start somewhere. A ship is only as strong as her captain and the honors go to our ladies Rubey and Kim. If you are fortunate enough to meet them during your visit you may want to thank them for the opportunity on your way out and be sure to ask about pie, chances are you'll be remembered for no good reason other than you've just met good people. . . and good pie.

I like pie. It's quite possibly the only "perfect" food.

My family and I eat breakfast at the full cup every saturday and we always sit in our favorite waitresses section! her name is Lisa and she's from Hawaii. You can always count on good service, a pretty flower, and a lot of laughs. The food is good, the people are happy, and I always look forward to next weekend!

I was suprised the food and service has been improved since i was there last time. And I noticed Ruby and Kim where there. I had the Chicken Fried Steak and Redskin Mashed potatoes.

Very bad service, attitude and cups. Cups for tea and coffee are cracked right through the entire cup. This is not sanitary all the dirt gets inside the ceramic and later can be brought out when filled with the beverage for you to drink. When we asked for a new cup we got a look of disgust. When she returns she brought us a cup cracked worse than the first one !
Then comes the cheese omelette... slices of cheese on the top of the eggs and about 15 tiny little french fries. I asked for home fries. The waitress's name is Lisa, because she put little place mats adoring her name on all her tables for her station, for whatever reason is beyond me, but glad she did so I can tell you where not to sit if you still decide to eat there. Lisa puts the plates down and walked away from us never asking us did we need anything else. I called the other waitress over and asked don't we get toast she said yes, with this we decided to leave. We didn't want to wait to eat half our omelette then receive our toast. I can assure you we won't be back there and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

After reading the mixed reviews, I decided to go ahead and try Full
Cup today because I really, really miss Ruby's food and thought it
might be similar. Boy, was I disappointed. My feet were sticking to
the floor as I was walked to my seat. It was only 11:15 in the
morning; yet they were already out of fried chicken (I suspect they
never had any that day). My food was horrible. I have NEVER, EVER
tasted mashed potatoes like they had. I don't know if they were
instant or what the issue was but they were horrible...not just the
taste...but also the texture. When my food was delivered, my drink was
nearly empty and I asked for a refill. Refill never came and since
water was not served, I essentially had to eat without any liquid.
Waitress never came back except to bring the check. I will not be
returning. RUBY, I MISS YOU AND YOU WOULD BE HORRIFIED AT WHAT HAS BECOME OF YOUR "HOME".

We are new to the community and was not sure what was good to eat in our area. We stumbled across a charming cafe and are very pleased to compliment two very extraordinary women. Our waitress, Chelsea, who is newly married, served us better than a five-star restaurant, and a very out going cook, Christy, prepared a Delicious lunch that was to die for. We will definitely be back as long as those two girls are around. Thanks girls.

Since I??ve been personally attacked, people who know me deserve both sides & decisions should be based on facts. The incidents are partially true. I informed the people who booked the room, we're unable to book until after 2 pm on Sat. Only order given to me was for tea, water and coffee. I??m unaware of attempts to call me, she never told me. I did receive an order for 25 specific plates & desserts with time consuming preparation. I pulled in people to make sure they were ready. The only thing not ready was the tea, water and coffee already in the room. (Please note, I??m intentionally not naming her so as to avoid any personal attacks or embarrassment on her part). I tried 5 times to apologize & correct the situation. Billed 25 plates (no charge for the desserts). She would not allow me to talk; her response on each attempt was to cut me off quickly with ??The check??s already been written, don??t worry about it!? Attempted to refund entire ticket, her temper & abruptness wouldn??t allow it.

I scheduled this location for a meeting/meeting place for a group. I had to order the food twice because the manager Randy lost my first order I gave him over the phone. When I called to confirm not only did they not have my order, Randy would not take my call, so I had to talk to a girl who made a bad decision. When I gave them my count she added several to my total, when I asked her about being charged for the extra meals she said we would not be charged. (And trust me, I asked her several times). When we arrived, the room was not set up as we had instructed and when we rec'd the bill WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE FOOD WE DID NOT RSVP FOR OR CONSUME. Don't go! Randy is not organized or sympathetic. He had several opportunities to make this situation right but refused to do so.

This place is one of the greatest! The food is just your home cooking with a little extra helping! I love the fact that you can get breakfast here all day, everyday and through the week, it is a great price! The staff is fantastic, give or take a sour waitress or two, but the other ladies make up for these sour apples! They will wait on you hand and foot with a smile, making you feel as if you were part of their family. The husband and I really enjoy the food and we love the relaxed weekends (well, relaxed for us - the ladies work very hard!).

This restraunt is so pleasant. The look on the outside looks like a small ordinary place. The inside is a different story. It is elegant. And a pretty good size facility. The waitress' are polite and very helpful. Since we found this hole in the wall, we go here often.
