We have been to this alley many times over many years. As far as you people that like to flame a place for petty reasons, grow up. It's a freaking bowling alley what'd you expect? They have good people working there, and it's got your normal amenities, Bar, snack bar, Bar, and Bar. Serious, we're going again tonight, it's been a few years since i've been there, But I Have always been happy with the service there.

I will follow up after tonight's Glo-Bowl!

We went to Heritage for the first time about 2 years ago. We had taken our son and grand sons. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We weren't sure of shoe sizes, ball weights, how to set up the lanes to bowl or anything else. They were very helpful. They visited with us after we had been there for a while and told us all about the youth bowling league they have and asked if we might want to bring our boys to it. We took the information home and looked it over and decided to enroll them. They have been bowling there ever since. The prople who work there are like family. They have helped our boys with their bowling skills and keep us informed about upcomming events. We did the KIDS BOWL FREE last summer and the whole family enjoyed it. The place is always clean and the food is good. We now have our company Christmas party there and have done that for the past 2 years. The kids also enjoy the game room they have. What a great place to go!

We had a great time at the Heritage Lanes Alley on Saturday night. The glo bowling was an awsome experience for a cheap price for as much as we got to bowl.. After seeing the reviews of others, i wondered what planet these other people where from? The experience was of fun and friendly staff. Our group had alot of fun with no ill effects at all. We plan to go back more. They have alot of things to offer almost each day of the week with value. We don't own our own stuff and we saw a flier that they are starting a get a ball group. We are thinking of joining so we will be able to bowl with our own ball. We highly recommend Heritage Lanes to any looking for fun at a great price. Katie Duke

I recently visited Heritage Lanes on Penn and 122ND St in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a terrible bowling Alley and I will not be back. The people who work there are so rude and don't care about anything and they just sit there and stare at you. I doubt that this bowling alley will be open for long. We went there with out of town family that love to bowl and my husband, myself and my sister were all on one lane. Me and my husband payed for 2 games and my sister payed for one. Once the first game was done we started the second game and half way through it they cut it off and I can understand if they would have just took my sister off since she only payed for one game but they stopped the whole game and wouldn't even refund us our money so my husband had to pay extra for my sister so that we could continue to play a game that was already finished and after he paid extra they let a bowl for like 5 more mins and cut us off again before we could even finish our second game that we had all paid for. And there prices for games are to expensive, I found 5 more bowling alleys that are half the price that they are. I will never be back!

"My family recently met with friends at Heritage Lanes bowling alley at 11917 N. Pennsylvania Ave in Oklahoma City. One of our friends, who owns a long-standing restaurant in Oklahoma City, also brought along with him, 8-10 of his own friends. There wasn't a whole lot of business when we all trickled in, so you would think that they would treat us with some semblance of honor. With the exception of one very nice young fellow who gave us our shoes, the other staff just stood behind the "shoe desk" doing nothing, other than seeming to glare in annoyance when we interrupted their conversation with a question. We had a group, so we had to come back and figure out who had already paid for whom and how long,
etc. When my daughter requested they make the temperature less cold, the girl at the counter retorted, "Sorry, you're S.O.L." I could not believe
it. Of course, she didn't have to adjust the temp for one customer; however, the staff person's unprofessional response took us aback. My daughter said that there was a police officer on duty standing there smiling and apparently approving. This made it feel even worse--rather intimidating. After one game, my husband and I had to leave, so we were at the "shoe desk" again, figuring out if we were going to proceed with paying
for games for our college-age kids, because, although we were leaving, they were were going to continue to bowl. In this brief interchange, the staff appeared to barely be able to tolerate our presence. When my husband and I exited the bowling alley, I remembered our daughter's leftover dinner in a styrofoam box. My husband ran back in to get it to her because we were driving off. While I completely understand that we should not have brought 'food' into the establishment... we just
weren't thinking. We didn't wish to leave with her leftovers in our car. The group who was there said that the same officer on duty approached my daughter and was very obviously angry as well as extremely threatening in demeanor. We understand he had to require her to dispose of non-establishment food. But the manner in which he spoke to her was threatening and scary. He snarled that, if she didn't get that food in the
trash fast, he was going to kick EVERYONE of there on the spot, and that we weren't going to pull a fast one, trying to sneak that food in the way we did. He said she had five seconds to make it find the trash can or the whole group was going to be made to leave. Our friends were appalled at the threatening hostility of this officer (his name is "Eric Kurby")(sp?); who acted as if he were about to make a drug arrest to an armed criminal. Our friend, who owns the restaurant and brought a number of people, was so offended, he wanted to leave right then and there, but his companions had paid for their games, and he didn't want to cheat them out of their money. But he said that neither he nor his wife would ever do
business there again. Neither will my family or our friends. I wonder if this staff is so demeaning and scornful to people because they feel that many of those who attend this bowling alley are disruptive or act out. There were no customers "acting out" when we were there. Instead, it was the employees who have made us want to never return. Obviously, I recommend that you go to pretty much any other bowling alley on the planet."

We have been to this bowling center on two seperate occasions and had a great experience. The people were extremely friendly from the front desk to the snack bar, to the pro shop. The only limiting part of this center is the pro shop is quite limited on selection, but the service is outstanding. We have not had any issues with the lanes working. The center is a little old, but works great!

The lanes do not work half of the time and they will not give you a refund if you get one frame into the game. The people are extremely unfriendly. Do not recommend. Go to 66 or something.
