Don't spend your money here! Service Dept. doesn't stand behind their work, staff is deceptive and overall this dealership/service dept. does not have good customer service.

We paid $105 for an engine diagnosis that did not detect the problem, car broke down out of state, had to have it towed to a Honda dealer in MO who performed the same diagnosis and found the problem, they stated that the first diagnosis definitely should have revealed the issue if it had been performed thoroughly. I asked Don Carlton for a refund and they deceived me into bringing in another vehicle for needed repairs, stating they would "work with me" to provide services instead of issuing me a refund. I did not authorize additional services that I would be charged for, but instead asked how the price would be effected since they had me come in under the impression that they were working with me to provide goodwill repairs. Instead, the service manager left and I was charged for the additional repairs which I did not agree to. DECEPTIVE, SHADY dealership and service dept. Go somewhere else!

I love My Honda but will never go to Don Carlton Honda to buy another. I had used them before and was very happy but the customer service I received when purchasing my new CRV was the worst imaginable. The car is great but the salesman

Great long term staff. Pet friendly!! Go above and beyond!! I've bought multiple cars there and sometimes bring my dog with me when having service done to my car.

We purchased a used vehicle from Don Carlton in July 2010. Carfax report and the report we received from the dealership stated that the car was in excellent condition no accidents, no water damage, and no hail damage. We went to another dealership in March 2011 looking to down size and was told and give a report on are wonderful car, that the car had been in a accident in 2008 and the whole left side needed fixed. Had we know the truth from Don Carlton we would have not purchased this vehicle. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice dealership and awesome salesmen. They were very knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. They offered great prices as well. I will definately be going back when it's time to trade-in.
