5 Stars: Moldy food I think not (by Working for a livin g.)

In response to moldy food I just wanted to say that I could of been the 20 something waitress that waited on you but either way you should know that the quesadillas are made fresh everyday! Mold I think not. In your 60 some years of tasting tortillas and pesto maybe you should of looked and or tasted a little better, the entire quesadilla is covered in a green onion pesto. Sorry your 20 something waitress didn't explain to you that the quesadillas are made fresh daily, maybe next time you'll realize that she does that same job everyday and answers the same questions 20 times in one night and mold on the quesadillas is one of them, it's always the green onion pesto! Just defending my job sorry if it offends you in your 60 years of tortilla experience.

1 Stars: moldy food (by Greg G.)

We went to Toby Keith's "I love this bar and grill" with out of town visitors and clients. As I frequently "show off" Oklahoma City when visitors meet me at the airport, we go to the Murrah Memorial then to Bricktown. With several good places to eat, it makes a fun afternoon, A walk along the canal, a shopping trip to the Bass Pro Shop, a good lunch or an early dinner at Toby Keith's. At least it used to be one of the highlights of the trip.

One of my guests, a young, pregnant, woman, ordered the quesadillas. half way through the meal she said something tastes funny. We checked her food and the tortillas were moldy. We showed it to the waitress. She told us it was the pesto. We said "Sorry, but this is mold." She took a piece to the manager. She came back and said "He said it was the pesto."

Lest you think I don't know the difference, I am nearly 60 and grew up in New Mexico. Having had fresh, stale, and moldy tortillas for my entire life, I am well aware of both the taste and the appearance of moldy tortillas. Having traveled the world I am also well aware of the many flavors and characteristics of pesto. Moldy is not a pesto flavor. Had the management condescended to talk to us personally instead of through a 20 something waitress, I would have been happy to explain the difference. As it was, we paid our bill and left. Never again to return to Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill.

Their website says The whole concept reflects my passion for Oklahoma and where everyone will feel comfortable, said Toby Keith. Were going to make sure that we have the best food in town, and Im going to see to it. Too bad his promise wasn't kept.

5 Stars: Hal Smith has the best restaurants in town (by Leslie F.)

Any business Hal Smith is outstanding. Charleston's is my favorite place to go that Hal owns. The food is wonderful, the grilled salmon melts in your mouth and the salads are great! Prices are reasonable and portions are good size. You will find parking to be ample.

PROS: Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!
CONS:
