Casteel's Tire & Muffler

I called this business 3 times and no one answered. The frustrating part was they didn't even have an answering service for hours of service or anything. Any company that have at least that set up - makes me feel like they're cheap and not really into serving their customers. In our society today, where many (not all) mechanics take advantage of people who don't have a knowledge of cars, I see this as a RED FLAG!

My husband takes his truck in here to get the tires changed. They are fast and curtious. This is one tire shop that gets the job done quickly and the staff are very nice.

PROS: Fast and Friendly Service
CONS: None that I can see
