Karoll Martin Paint & Body

Been here at least three times in the past few years and these guys are hands down THE best...period. Cheap? No.
Quality? Absolutely.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for body work.

I recently had my car repaired @ Karoll Martin and was very impressed with the service. They told me it would probably take 4-5 days, but it only took 3. They were courteous and professional and did a great job on the repairs. When I picked my car up, it had been detailed...looked like a brand new car! There are very few service organizations that go the extra mile, but the folks at Karoll Martin did and I appreciate it. I have already recommended them to others.

I have had at least six repairs done in the past 20 plus years. They have BY FAR the best customer service and do QUALITY work. My first repair was a car that had already been repaired. The workmanship was deplorable. Karroll Martin was good enough to take on the task of undoing and redoing the original repair. THE END RESULT WAS FABULOUS. They are honest and good people to work with. I have referred Karoll Martin to family and friends over the years, who have all been extremely satisfied. I will continue to refer them .THANK YOU!!

I have gone to Karroll Martin for my last 3 repairs, and am consistently impressed with the quality of the work, the honesty of the staff in pricing and quoting the work, and the professionalism with which they conduct their business. It's the type of body shop I would feel confident about sending my wife to, knowig that she would be treated well at a fair price - and there's not many of those!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received from anyone let alone a auto repair shop! Unresponsive on claims. Did nothing to help move the repair of my vehicle forward. Did not seem to appreciate my business at any point during our interaction. Ended up with the highest amount charged among any of the other Collision shops I took my vehicle to. The receptionist are rude and I have seen no evidence that their repair is at the level of reasonable expectations. Looks to me like another used car lot chop shop putting wrecked cars back together to sell who is trying to get some money out of unsuspecting individuals as well. Like the other review says I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I have had 4 cars repaired in my life and this was by far the worst experience! DON'T GO HERE

I would not send my worst enemy to have their car repaired there. My car was there for over 3 months. I had to pay out of pocket since they only use certain parts from select vendors who charge more that what insurance companies will pay. The workmanship is fine, but their customer service skills are horrible.

I have used Karoll Martin for over 20 years and I am always satisfied with the jobs done there. Other than good repair works, the thing I like the most is that they deal with the insurance company and I do not have to do anything. There is one time they actually did the repair job cheaper than the low-balled insurance estimation. They are honest and will not charge you more than what is necessary.

They kept my car for two months and could not repair ONE part. The body men there give new meaning to the words "parts changer" Stay away from these butchers!

This is a 5 Star Body Shop! They do high quality work and a reasonable price. They didn't keep my car forever like other shops have in the past. They were easy to work with and the employees were kind.
