I had some facial hair and my bikini line done at premier laser clinic. I paid for a package and had many treatments. I was told I was a great candidate for successful treatment because of my fair skin and dark, thick hair. I found the staff to be very sales oriented. I was always being told about one special or another. Also, they were very inconsistent in the areas they treated: some would treat the area I was expecting to be treated based on what I was told during the consultation. Others only treated a very small area and told me I would have to pay more for a larger area. I felt like I'd been tricked. In the end it made no difference because although the amount of hair was less, it was only temporary: after paying hundreds of dollars 100% of the hair came back a few months after treatment ended. When I told the clinic about this they suggested I spend more money there on further treatment!

I have had laser treatment elsewhere and they were fairly painful. The lasers here are modern and conducted by the staff with expertise. I would go back.

The laser at this clinic worked fairly well. My concern was with the sales staff. It is obvious that the clinic cares more about generating instant and repeat revenue than having repeat customers. I did not feel that what I received was what I was sold. I will not give this clinic any more of my business. I have never written a bad review for a service before...this shows how disappointed I was.

This is a great clinic for hair removal with a great staff that makes you feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I am a rather large gal that has been having her bikini area, upper inner thighs and stomach done (rather embarrassing when your are a large person) but the staff is great at making it seem like the most natural thing they do. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. And I have.

this place is definitely a place to go for your next skin treatment. i've been there many times and have done microderm to chemical peels. my skin looks so much better after few treatments and more than happy to go back there. ask for special deals that they offer every month.

I went to Premier Laser about 2 years ago to get help for the dark spots on my face, mainly my cheeks. I had 2 treatments with them and although it did erase a few small spots, it made the two spots on my cheeks bigger and darker. I cannot afford more treatments and they told me I would need two tx- tops. When I told them it didn't work after the 2nd time, they said they would give me some solution to put on it and if that didn't work they mentioned another type of treatment that I can't remember. Well, I tried the solutions for months and it did not change anything. When I told them that, they denied that they offered me anything else. I am so upset that I spent an enormous amount of money to look WORSE! Now I have to walk around with a huge dark spot on each cheek. Thanks Premier Laser.

I've had some, "less than great experiences" with my previous laser treatments. I'm happy to say I had a much better experience with Premier Laser Clinic! I felt comfortable with the staff , as they were very informative and made me feel at ease with my decision to continue laser treatments. If anyone out there is feeling un-easy or hesitant, I highly recommend a visit to Premier!

I have been a client of Premier Laser for over a year, and I love it! I am finally hair free and looking great. I have found the staff very warm and welcoming, and professional too. I saved money by buying a package of treatments, and the written guarantee is great. I have referred my family and friends here and want to start skin treatments too. Their hours are very convenient for me and their location is so easy to find. I work in Beaverton and live in SE Portland, so I drive by every day. The only warning I can give is that once you have a body part lasered, you'll be hooked - and want to buy more! Check other places in town, but Premier has the best prices, machines, and staff. I can't recommend it enough.

As a male client, I was hesitant to go to a spa or salon for hair removal. I was very happy to find Premier Laser Clinic. After getting a quote at another place that was $1000 more, I chose Premier for their service AND price. The clinic is private and I'm not embarrassed to be here. Yes, I've had a couple different gals work on me, but they've all done a good job, and were friendly and efficient. I can't recommend Premier enough.

Been to several other clinics and found Premier to be the best. Staff is professional and friendly, treatments are highly effective, and the price is right. I've had different techs treat me, but they've all been thorough and nice. I highly recommend Premier. The new acne facials are working great for me.

I went to 4 other places before choosing Premier. They had the most professional staff, best equipment and affordable prices. I have referred 3 friends here already, and I've earned free treatments with their referral bonus program. Run, don't walk, to Premier if you're cursed with excess body hair!

My husband and I are very pleased with the results we have seen with our hair removal at Premier Laser. It has taken longer than average for us, but the staff has been very supportive and have honored our warranties without hassle or fuss. Our last treatment on their new machine was quick, painless and clean...no gross gels! We would choose Premier over all others! As a woman who had heavy facial hair, I can't thank Premier enough for giving me back the self-esteem to allow my husband to touch my face! Everyone at Premier Laser has been professional, but friendly and very knowledgeable!

I met with the consulant and tried to trick by asking her what I needed done. She said I really only needed what I came in for. I was immpressed that she didnt try to over sell me. She was very honest and sincere. I will recommed this clinic to all my friends. The sales person was Denise, she really cared about me. thanks Premier for having someone so honest.

I went to Premier for a consultaion the sales girl, a hawiian beauty, helped me decide that Premier was the best place to go without pushing me into doing my service there I cant wait to see my results. I start laser hair removal in the fall, because I want to tan this summer. No other center told me not to tan. After much reseach and her knowledge I have found out you should not be tan to do the treatment. Thanks for your honesty Premier.

I checked out other clinics, but felt most comfortable at Premier. From the receptionist to the technician, I was welcomed and treated like a queen! I have had great results from my 5 treatments, and am finally hair-free. I have now started microderm and peel treatments, and can't wait to have my leg veins removed with their new laser. I can recommend Premier to anyone who wants great service, fair prices and want to lose the hair!

When I walked into Premier, I did not feel welcome. I waited quite a while before being addressed. During my consultation, I felt very rushed. The technician was extremely pushy and I felt that my ?'s and concerns were not properly answered. Yes, their prices are cheaper than most laser places, but I feel you pay for what you get and Premier did not get my business due to lack of professionalism.
