            After my son went away to college I no longer had someone at home to fix my computer for me.\r\nSeeing as im almost entirely computer illerate, I needed someone trustworthy that wouldnt BS me when I needed something done. \r\nWhen my computer for a virus, I figured going to the EasyTech was a safe bet because they're part of Staples, which has never let me down.\r\nWhen I went into the store I to have my machine checked out, I was spoken to in some forgin tech-language that was like Swahili to me and I didnt understand a lick of it.\r\nOk, I figured. At least they know what theyre talking about.\r\nWell, long story short, these guys had my PC for six days until I called to see if it was finished.\r\nThey told me they were still diagnosing the problem and that they would begin repairs within a couple days.\r\nI was shocked to hear they hadnt even started fixing it yet! \r\nThen, another five days later I was called and told it was finished, I could come pick it up.\r\nWhen I went to get it back, I was ""greeted"" by a sales associate that was much happier texting on her cell phone than providing service.\r\nThat irked me a bit. Then when I saw my total I was floored.\r\nNearly FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. \r\nAgain, the tech-language flooded my ears and I didnt have a clue what they were talking about while they explained what I was paying for.\r\n\r\nAfter talking with my son about my experience, he laughed and told me I should have checked with him first.\r\nHe referred me to a company called Secure Remote Support if I had any future problems.\r\nA month or so later, I ended up needing more help so I called them and I was so pleased with the service.\r\nThey spoke to me in simple english, were kind and were FAR more affordable than EasyTech.\r\nIm so thankful my son knew about these guys, otherwise Im sure a big chunk of his tuition would end up in EasyTech's pockets.\r\nwww.SecureRemoteSupport(dot)com will get all my future business!\r\n

            I've always had good experiences at this Staple location. They have plenty of parking, the sale prices are resonable, and the workers are very helpful. The also sometimes offer rebates on their store products, so this helps you get an even better deal. They offer a Staples reward card that helps you earn money back from your purchases.
