Price was fair because i got a newer stylist. All the stylists charge differently.
My stylist was very friendly and really took her time fixing a bad hair cut I had recently gotten. However, it took her over an hour to give me a basic hair cut. I know she wanted to do it right, but it was a little longer than I would want every time. But I will go back and like I said, each stylist is different. Overall, the atmosphere and service is great.

London Hair Studio is fabulous! Always quality products & high end stylists with a professional attitude. Those that want a great haircut or color will LOVE going to London in Eugene. Read the other reviews and was sad to see that those women who complained were unhappy- they should be mad at themselves for not taking responsibility for asking how much it will be. And for the darling girl who was in there for six hours and was charged $230 bucks, you probably had a lot more work that needed done once they got started- sounds like you got a deal- I go to London for all services whenever I am in Eugene...never been disappointed!

I agree this you. this place is so expensive and the people are so rude. I went to get partial highlights and they charge twice more than the quoted price. When I complained they said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. They did not quote me first, I was really upset. I'm never going back again.

This place is so expensive. I got my hair done this week and six hours later they charge me $230 dollars. They did not even let me know in advance and when I complained they were so rude about it and hanged the phone on me. Horrible service. My hair did not look that great either. My friend got horrible hair color too. She warned me but I did not believed her and the results were horrible

Had a great cut and exceptional weave. Felt very well attended to.

I got the best hair cut and style in my life at London Hair Studio and Day Spa. The environment is very sophisticated, and they even massage your scalp when they shampoo your hair before a cut! My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it in the long run.

Upon a friends recommendation, I used this salon for my wedding day hair and makeup. While I was really happy with my hair, I was a little disappointed in my makeup. I was able to do a trial run at the salon for both my hair and makeup and the trial run went great. I was disappointed on my big day when the make up artist really piled it on me. I found their prices to be comparable to other salons, and I must admit, they were great at scheduling me in (I wasnt able to make my appointments until a week before).
