While working on my abs I can focus at the exact same piece of debris on the floor for a week or more...no vacuum there I suppose? Going for a work out here requires that I make sure there is time for me to clean machines before I can even use machines and I get tired of asking the staff to refill the bottles that they leave for us to use for cleaning. I am used to seeing people exhausted from repititions getting up and just going off without cleaning but why don't the staff make periodic visits to machines to clean them.

Otherwise great fellow members and the cardio machines are plentiful.

BAD The staff is horrible at this gym and the management doesn't treat the women employees well which means ALSO VERY DIRTY!

GOOD I love the members who are mostly friendly. Set up of the gym is nice for the machines.

I've been very impressed with the staff and the other patrons of the gym. They're all very friendly and fun, and if you need help, just ask and they'll be more than happy to give you a hand.

The gym has everything I need, from free weights, machines, cardio, and lots of space to stretch out. Plus, it's very bright and open, so I never feel crowded, and I've never had a problem with the cleanliness of the facility, which is very important to me. The women's gym is a comfortable place if you're female and don't want to be around men, but I've always found the men there very respectful, so I don't normally use it.

My kids love the kids program as well as the people who run it, and I feel very comfortable trusting them with my kids (and I'm a rather paranoid mom).

There's also a great mix of people with a variety of ages and cultural backgrounds. Their fitness levels range from beginners who are just starting to try to lose weight and get into shape to top shape athletes who are happy to share their tips with you. I've never felt out-of-place, which was something that often kept me from joining a gym before.

The only reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars is because some of the cardio equipment could be upgraded (and I'm sure it will be), and it doesn't have a pool, which would be nice for injury rehab, or any outdoor courts, which would be nice on sunny, warm days. But for a traditional indoor gym, it's great!

The gym seems okay from the outside, but it is not cleaned often and the employees are not very friendly. The employees and corporate office become increasingly rude and there are many hoops you have to jump through to cancel your membership. Been to a lot of gyms in the past and never had trouble like this- so frustrating and inconvenient! The employees have no problem harassing the female patrons and are no where near professionals! Wish I never would have signed up with Ballys.

The service is nothing spectacular. People at the front desk are nice but not overly helpful or attentive. The part of the gym I like the best is the women's gym. It's nice to work out without men ogling you or trying to talk to you. I would like the gym more if there was a pool.
