This is a great place to go in the spring or summer when you can sit at a table outside and enjoy a nice glass of wine after work or on weekend afternoon. The downtown construction interferes with this a bit at the moment. Southpark is in the heart of downtown. It has a nice menu that focuses on seafood and the Pacific Northwest fare you often find at nicer downtown Portland restaurants.
